I was so excited to try a new coffee shop since this one looked so cute on instagram! Unfortunately, on top of the coffee tasting burnt I had overheard who I assume was the manager, I think her name was angie, saying the n word very clearly and i was shocked. I feel so bad for those girls that have to deal with that type of potty mouth daily. will not be returning. i suggest they find new management

This place has gotten over the top expensive.For a 16 oz americano with a flavor, I paid almost $6. With tip $7.Before Covid my drinks were $3.40.Who has money to buy a $7 drink a day?It's not fancy, it's a daily vice for many.So why not make it ethical and affordable so customers like myself don't have to think twice about getting coffee every day.I used to patronize this stand and another.The other stands prices are about what they used to be pre-Covid.This stand has become a rare stop for me due to price. Instead of going 4x a week, when the drinks were priced ethically, I now go to coffee cabin maybe 6x a year.Great business model coffee cabin.Make a daily vice $7 after the EXPECTED tip for:*Cup*Water/ice *shots* flavor And you get SIGNIFICANTLY less regular customers.Additionally, agreeing with the other reviews below. It seems that the ownership of this place is nonexistent. They are incredibly hands off. There's no way to reach customer service and there's no way to reach anyone by email or phone. The two women that run this coffee stand know the power that they have, and they exercise it. Fully agree with the reviews below. The older woman with the darker hair is a bit more upbeat and friendly. But nothing that leaves me "wowed." The younger white woman hard to tell her age, is never friendly, she never smiles, I have been going to the stand for years. Whenever she rings me up, for some reason, my drinks are more expensive. And she always assumes she knows how to make my drink, when she actually does not remember how to make my drink. And she's never nice about it when I try to tell her the way that I would like my drink made. It's almost as if she rolls her eyes and tells me that "she knows." She's not friendly. She doesn't belong in customer service. Period.I have become timid about asking her, so I will just wait till I get my drink to see how it turned out. Time and time again when I am timid, and do not tell her how to make the drink, she makes it incorrectly. And she is just rude and stoic about it. I don't recommend this place. I gave it two stars because the espresso is good espresso. The price and the women that run the shop (because the owners are so hands off and have no idea what's going on with their customers), make this place a place that I would not recommend.

Thought the baristas were super friendly but they turned and back fired. Super rude and disrespectful when it comes to customers and business matters. The owner lets the girls run the stand and has no proper management.

I don't order coffee much but I do know I always get a 16 oz. It took me over a year to fill up their punch card and I was finally going to redeem my punchcard and was told it was for a smaller size since that must be what I usually get. I told her I always get a 16 oz and she didn't seem to care. She should've just gave me the 16 oz but she didn't so I just asked for my card back, told her never mind and left. I'll never go back. Did she really think I was trying to scam her out of an extra 4 oz of coffee?? Ridiculous......

I told the girl no caramel drizzle because it's .75 cents and she still charged me for it... plus some guy pulled up to the other window in the middle of making my drink, she stopped making my drink and made his then cashed him out even though I had been sitting there waiting for 5 minutes already... terrible service!
