Closing time listed as 9pm got there at 6 and they were closed already 3hrs early

I placed an online order for a cake with writing. I was surprised that it was ready a couple hours prior to the pick up time, after reading some reviews. I picked up the cake not verifying that the writing was correct because I was rushing. I was extremely embarrassed when we took the cake out of the bag to sing happy birthday. First of all, this cake looks like it’s been sitting in the freezer and the strawberries were freezer burned, and let me just say the writing was super horrible. I love cold stone cakes but they need to do better with training employees on their writing skills. Nowadays customers trust that when they place birthday cake orders that the writing would be nice especially because they want to post pictures.

Yikes, I'm sorry to see so many negative experiences with this location though I'm also not a regular. Has been at least a year since I've even been to a Cold Stone.

I didn't have a chance to stay to eat, which is why I'm keeping this review open at a 4.

The staff was friendly & conversational. They asked if I wanted a waffle cone.

We had no issues with the ice cream 🍨

They don't strictly still have the oh fudge! Shake on their menu however, just ask and they'll make it no problems!

The workers are always very kind to me and the ice cream is wonderful

Cold stone creamery has the best ice cream ever! I was out with some friends of mine and it happened to be my birthday so they took me by cold stone creamery for my birthday dessert! It was absolutely amazing! I really love this ice cream.

The ladies making the ice cream were fun and efficient. They easily made ice cream while chatting about local events. The ice cream itself was fresh tasting and delicious. It's in a terrible location but totally worth the drive. They now have delivery, so that's definitely a great choice

Loved the chance to take my favorite little munchkin to ice cream. The staff were okay and the cream was delicious. But they didn't have bubble gum and that bummed us out.

*UPDATE* I absolutely HATE this place now. The new owner mistreated his workers, skimps out on the ice cream, and is honestly a total jerk. The workers don't get tips anymore, and the ice cream is always being cross contaminated with something. It's so sad to see my favorite ice cream shop go down in flames.

Super busy when I went because of an event ordered online instead but everything is great.

Seems like leaving a review does nothing for the customers or the employees at this location, but I figured I’d share some insight on this location. Not sure if this location has a manager above the age of 18, or a district manager to gives a damn about the employees here. I'm disappointed every time I walk into those doors. Employees always trying to close early, never has a clean shop, and seem overwhelmed. Dirty tables every time. I figured the employees didn't want to work when they were telling people about not having blenders or cones or containers or really anything aside from the ice cream itself until I read a few reviews before leaving mine and saw they've been without these items for a few months now?? Have not had one pleasant experience at this location for almost a year now.
