I love crumble so so much
I love Crumbl and Crave. The reason I'm giving them a 1 star is because Crumbl has taken over Craves IP address on multiple occasions which isn't cool. The last time I ordered Crave pickup, the directions took me to Crumbl. I spoke with the ladies at Crave and they said others have complained as well. I know they're competitors but let's be fair.
Delicious cookies but I feel a little pricey for a cookie.

Long wait to order in store on a Saturday afternoon. At least 30 minutes. Then 3 of the 4 rotating flavors were sold out. As it was disappointing for my nephews Bday surprise treat, the cookies were insanely delicious. Yummmm.
Update, 5 or so yrs later... the Puyallup/South Hill Manager and team have been wonderful. Kind, and never out of flavors unless a big sale (like crumbles recent bday and just before close). 😋
