Hit or miss
Edit: because Crumbl wanted to put a cookie cut fake response down below. I wasn’t talking about the flavors of your cookies. I’ll eat any type of cookie any day. I’m talking about it’s a hit or miss with your customer service just like your pre-typed response. Your employees act like they don’t like their job and they’re nicer over at crave.

The little cakes are so very scrumptious. I really love the red velvet cake. This place could become an addiction. It's truly that good.

Not sure what's going on with this location but it's not up to par with the others. Went last week and it was obvious the staff did not want to be there, Very awkward cookie purchase. I was kicked out yesterday as soon as I walked in because my puppy was with me, it's not even a 2 minute process getting in and out with your 'potential' purchase. Crave Cookies just down the street had no issues and was very welcoming and accommodating, quick, easy , kind, no problem, just like I've had at OTHER Crumbl locations.
Crumbl is good cookie I never had
ALWAYS something good and Crumbl! My favorite tonight was the caramel cheesecake!
