We drove a ways from home to come here to this Dennys . As I sat here eating my brunch breakfast I was able to observe the team that is very well connected and really work at a team and can’t leave out the cooks the food was very well Delicious

Our server, Vicky, was very sweet but there was another lady with blonde hair and a grey sweater, I didn't catch her name, who berated Vicky for a payment machine which wasn't functioning correctly, it was completely outside her control. She was rude and extremely disrespectful. Even after my group and I attempted to defend her by saying how great Vicky, she continued to act that way. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely infuriating. Even worse, she acted that way in front of customers which is completely uncalled for. I don't know if this lady was having a bad day or something, but there is no circumstance in which repremanding an employee/collegue for a minor mistake and especially in front of guests is acceptable. Vicky was a wonderful server and did not deserve to be disrespected by this woman. My group and I hope this behavior is addressed promptly.

My group's server, Vicky, was a wonderful woman who gave amazing polite service. She is such a wonderful lady it hurts to see her being disrespected so blantaly in front of us. I missed her name, but it was a white woman with blond hair and a grey sweater. How could such a person be so unprofessional in front of customers? It's disgusting and appalling. She started speaking disrespectly about Vicky to our faces, speaking about her in a negative light over a machine that malfunctioned, something not in Vicky's control. Such behavior coming from a person who works at an establishment that promotes how family-friendly they are is very hypocritical. Though one may say it is a joke, it did not seem like it, no one laughed or smiled.

Caution on the hash browns, tasted a lot different this time around, and gave me one hell of a stomach ache. I never experienced such a bad stomach ache after eating there hash browns before. I believe it's because they changed the product they were using.

To the Manager Derrick, Server Shona, there’s 2 islander ladies. Thank you for your excellent customer service. Every time we come here we experience great service. Thank you all and it was a bit busy and they had to deal with a ride customer and the manager handled it professionally. We will return back for sure.
