Great service on a Saturday morning, wasn't overly busy, we kind of went on a whim. The food just mid-level. Not amazing but not bad. I do like ihop pancakes more. They are more fluffy. We also ordered the berry French crepes, they were good, not fantastic but good.

I originally ordered the waffles with the berrys,
The waffles were very hard .I had to send them back. The server was very accommodating and I decided to try the French toast instead. It was very delicious. They served it with the fresh berries and a caramel sauce. My other half had an omelette with hash browns and we had some sausage and bacon. Overall it was a good late night dinner. The coffee was fresh and delicious. I will come back to this location.
