This was an amazing experience everyone was so nice and quick to help us with everything we needed. We were supposed to come at 4 but they got it done for us asap cause came early! Nick and Candy were amazing I’ve never had a respectful and kind response from a restaurant in awhile!

We came and ordered "For Here" but the girl kept bagging to go. She asked if it was for here or to go and I said again, For here and she rolled her eyes and kept bagging. When I ordered full rack she continued to give a crappy attitude as if we were an inconvenience. Quite disappointed by the gal that took our order. The gentleman that cashed us out was great but this was just a miss and she kept looking at us as if we we're delaying her. The place closes at 2100 and it's dirty. Food is alright but that server tonight 22.dec.2024 at 1900 she needs to get some training. They gave everyone trays for here and we had to use napkins. Go to famous Dave's don't come here.

I love the food here, and this was the first time I have dined in. It was a slow part of the day, so not busy. The employees were nice, helpful, and friendly. The thing I thought was odd is I didn't get barbecue sauce with our food. I had requested extra sauce when we ordered, but we had to go back up to the counter to ask for it. It could have just been forgotten. It just seemed odd to me that a barbecue pit could forget to give you barbecue sauce. I know people make mistakes and no harm done. The important thing was that the food was excellent and we very much enjoyed our meal!
Food is good but they keep taking stuff away... No soft serve ice cream and now you have to ask for the barbecue sauce! Why?

I often come here because the food is amazing but after ordering and sitting down, I started noticing that this place is in desperate need of cleaning. The hot plate where sauces are kept was not hot and 2 out of 3 were almost empty and sauce was clumped together. I did tell the girl at the counter and she did take them to the kitchen a little later. There were dead bugs and spider webs in the window where I was sitting. The floor was nasty with trash by the soda machine and it could have used cleaning as well. The trash container itself has dried sauce which looked like it has never been cleaned. I’m from the south and I love my barbecue, so please clean your restaurant so everyone can enjoy your wonderful food without looking at what should be cleaned.

Ordered delivery through the Dickey's website at 4:18 pm and never got our food. It says it was expected by 5:30 and it's been almost 4 hours later. Can't even call the restaurant because the phone number just goes to the Dickey's HQ and no one is answering the phone. A waste of time and money. My family was looking forward to trying out Dickey's for the first time. Extremely frustrating that we have not received ANY communication from them about our order 4 hours later. They close in less than an hour and I can't get a hold of anyone. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Food was your typical Dickeys experience. It was delicious and tasty. Staff was super friendly as well. Overall everything was fine. Only negative is the back seemed a bit dirty and the bbq needed ti be changed out as it appeared to have been sitting for too long.
There must have been a change from a few years ago. Their food used to be great, meats and sides. Last 2 times I’ve been there, the sides were extra bland, and the meats were on the cooler end of warm tasteless and nearly too tough to chew. The only smell is from the flame broiler stack at Burger King when someone comes in or goes out. I’m guessing Covid forced them to start having their food shipped in and they’re now just reheating on site.
