I have never received a bad pizza from this particular Domino's. The staff is very friendly. I love the location for safety reasons and distance from my place. The inside and outside are kept very clean. I however never eat there I always carry out.This last order I placed I received a bonus for any future item I place on their menu I will get for %50 off (one time use. )I probably order from dominos once a month. Love the online ordering as well.Parking: They have spots in the front designated for people picking up at Domino's.

Funny thing is if you want to have a bad experience or just a really terrible time or even just throw your money away try this Domino's... So I ended up getting sent to the wrong Domino's through their online app to only be told it's the one across town... Theirs nothing they can do for me since I ordered through the online and not through their store. a little disappointed and upset with what I just heard I made my way back across town... Hoping when I got there that they might see how Domino's was in the wrong on this one and might fix their mess up! NOPE!! Explained everything that's happened up to this point and was met with its not their fault since I ordered online and not directly through the store... Ugh!!! So as I make my way to the truck I realize I don't have time to stop and get something to drink for the fam at this point so I had to go back in and buy their $5 2L of sprite! Wasn't offered no discount on the $5 Sprite or some sort of hey sorry we wasted all your time and gas so this is where it gets really good....So since I only live like 5 minutes from that store I get home and wouldn't you know the pizza is cold, and the stuffed pep bread is extra greasy and cold like the marinara I bought for it literally from the store to my house was like 8 minutes including buying the pop maybe 9 being generous... Literally nobody touched the stuffed cheese bread... Out of four people me and my neighbor tried to choke down a cold piece of pizza. So at this point I was pretty upset with my experience thus far. It keeps getting better though!!!So I waited till my friends went home and it was just me so I could return the garbage that I bought and get a refund for being treated as such... But wouldn't you know the pos manager Brandden in a nutshell told me that he can't give me a refund because it would affect his bonus at the end of the year and I would have to call the 1 800 number to get a refund or some sort of resolution for. Without going through the almost 10 minute conversation with him explaining all these things that have occurred because of Domino's, he he genuinely looked me dead in the eyes and didn't show any sympathy or any sort of resolution or any sort of respect that could have been givin in this moment!!!! NOTHING. Only call the 1800 number and it definitely wasn't going to come out of bonus apparently? I literally left the food on the counter and and made it home in like three maybe four minutesIn the two photos you can clearly see at the top of the screen in both pictures where it says the address is on 130th Street clearly but down at the bottom in small fine print... The last several times I've ordered, the orders have not been right. This time was the worst, other than the delivery driver. Fast and Friendly. But our pizzas, on the other hand were not. We ordered light cheese on one, so we got no cheese on 2 of them, and one was overcooked. Quality check??? Our last order had 2 pizzas with light sauce, both of them also got light cheese?

Order from here regularly and usually have no complaints. Ordered today and was not happy with my order. Employees are friendly and the pizza was accurate other than It being a little under cooked. Overall this location will still be my go to place when ordering a pizza.

Don't waster your time here. I ordered 3 pizza's. One of the pan pizzas was undercooked. I called the store to let them know my concerns and the woman who answered was very dismissive from the Start. She said "ummmm I find that hard to believe as all pizzas are cooked the same and it didn't make sense that one of them were undercooked and it's strange that my pizza was the only one uncooked out of the whole day". I was shocked with that response! I would never waste my time to call and lie about a pizza and I let her know that. She continued to make me sound like a liar and when I was giving push back she said " I feel like you are just calling to vent" as she said that, I asked for a manger and she hung up! I tried calling the store back and no one would answer. Now I am here writing a review, which I never do but this made me very mad. I find it hard to believe that who ever I spoke to has a job. I wish I remembered her name. I think it started with a L? Called the store 11-20-23 around 7:10-7:15ish. I hope this review makes it to the right person. I will not be going to another dominos again.

This Dominos Pizza in downtown Puyallup is by far the best dominoes pizza around , but the best fast food pizza place around. :) . Great service, good pizza, variety of food, and very clean and organized and well run:)???!!! ?

We ordered several pizzas. Staff was extremely friendly and detail orientated. The only slight problem was the gluten free crust was a bit over baked and burnt on the edges. Other than that, the experience was great
