Pizza was supposed to be ready at 5:35, it's now 6pm and the pizza has not been made. The employee told us it would be ready in 15min. After waiting 15 minutes we were told it had just been made but wasn't in the oven yet. Pizza finally ready at 6:10pm

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Domino’s. We placed an order as a group, and although I was not the person who submitted the order, the friend who ordered for all of us tried to resolve the issue with the store. We never received our pizza, and we also never received any confirmation of delivery.
When I called the store myself and asked for proof of delivery — a photo, a delivery confirmation, anything — I was told that they cannot provide any evidence. They also said they cannot do anything to help.
My friend, the one who made the order, then drove to the store to find out what happened. There were customers behind him, and the employee asked him to step aside and wait — which he did. About a minute later, the same employee suddenly started yelling at him to leave the store, and then said: “I’m calling 911”, even though my friend stayed calm and did absolutely nothing wrong.
When we called again, they said the money would be refunded, but no refund was ever issued. On top of that, they told us that my friend is now “on the blacklist.”
This is completely unacceptable:
— the order was never delivered,
— no delivery proof was provided,
— the behavior in the store was unprovoked and disrespectful,
— the promised refund was never processed,
— and the treatment of a customer was entirely inappropriate.
We ordered as a group, and this situation affected all of us. I sincerely hope management reviews this incident, because this level of service is unacceptable for Domino’s.

My order was never delivered, and I received no confirmation of delivery. I even walked around my apartment complex to check if the food was left at the wrong door, but nothing was there.
When I called the store, I was told there was nothing they could do.
I went to the store in person. The employee asked me to step aside because there were customers behind me, and I did. About a minute later, he suddenly started yelling at me to leave the store. I did not leave immediately, and he then raised his voice even more and said he would call 911. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I later called again and was told I would receive a refund, but I still have not received it. I was also informed that I am now on a “blacklist,” which is completely unreasonable considering the order was never delivered.

Paid $70 for two pizzas and 8 chicken tenders, what is this??? Does this look like its worth the price??? These are 1/4 the size they used to be! Ridiculous!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They tried calling me regarding an order, wasn’t able to answer due to being in a meeting- and because I didn’t answer the phone, they refused to deliver. They never attempted to deliver the order in the first place, and REFUSED take a new order, stating it was “store policy.” Disgusting behavior- will never order from this pathetic excuse of an establishment again.
Placed our carry out order pizza said it was ready for pick up drove to pick up and ooopsie not ready just going into the oven be another 10-15 minutes. OK so trying to be understanding. Returned to pick up pizza asked for NO BUTTERY GARLIC SAUCE and entire pizza soaked in it so bad it coated the entire bottom of the box and made the bottom crust soggy! I would post the picture but it won't let me! I have to go to work so now my family will have to eat the only pizza that was decent! Do better Domino's!

Our food had clearly been sitting for QUITE awhile before delivery. It was greasy and gelatinous. There was no sauce on the buffalo wings, they were just dry. There was about 13 dry, chewy noodles in the mac and cheese, so the dish was strangely empty and the interior of the pan was black, from just sitting under heat once cooked. For a $7.99 delivery fee we will not be ordering again from here, ever.

I fought myself about posting, but I just had to... lady night, Dec. 4th, ordered 2 pan meatza, both extra sauce and 1 with added pineapple as well as a jalapeños pineapple chicken. The service was great, and pizzas finished for pickup on time.
I'm posting because all 3 items had what I would consider barely the usual amount of sauce that should be on the pizza and chicken. I didn't have time to drive back last night but reheating then today... it's like there is no sauce at all! I'm really disappointed! It's just so dry, and I just can't eat it like I normally would With left over pizza. I should have known better. It was barely ok fresh

We order pizza through the app from here. We typically don’t eat in the store because it is very small and doesn’t really have a place to sit and eat your food.

WORST PIZZA EVER
I pre-ordered for a 6:30 curbside pickup.
When I got home- l live literally across the woods from the restaurant. Therefore, I was back home in less than 5 minutes.
The pizza was OVERCOOKED, CRUMBLING AND COLD.
Since I couldn’t go back immediately, I ate a slice or two and called the restaurant and was told I had to bring it back TODAY which wasn’t possible for me.
Dustin, the person who answered the phone, was UNCOOPERATIVE and borderline rude.

I was just trying to feed my family for a reasonable price, which was achieved, however in effect, Domino’s seemingly insisted on needless suffering every step of the way. The staff got our order wrong. The receipt they gave us was correct, but 2 of the 3 pizzas must have been from another unfortunate customer’s order. We did not realize this until arriving home. After half a dozen calls were not answered, we took it upon ourselves to make the trek back to the store. The staff member that greeted us appeared to be utterly aloof, apathetic, and unbothered by the fact that his team had greatly inconvenienced us. After looking at the pizzas that we returned, including the correct one, he said he would have the incorrect ones remade, explicitly denying any remedy for the now cold, correct pizza. He also denied any sort of restitution (financial, coupon, etc.) for the trouble caused, as well as opting out of anything resembling an apology. Finally, after a seemingly excessive wait we were alerted that the new pizzas were ready, along with a quick “sorry” from a different staff member. This was a deeply dissatisfying experience and I will never return to this Domino’s and encourage everybody else to do the same.
