Brian owns this franchise. Wolf pack pizza. Terrible service at the sunrise location. Ordered food, waited nearly 30 minutes. The. Canceled. Sell it Brian, ur father in law ran it better.

Very rude manager. I have a disability and I tried to explain and they said they wouldn't deliver because I couldn't stop speaking... I wonder what disability i have? Thanks Dom will never order from you guys again

We found our, large, order at the neighbors door 30 minutes after it had been delivered.
Cold and gross. We always tip the driver 20 percent so we were sad. I called the store to ask for a warm pizza and the young man said, you got your order? We don't care about the condition, you got your pizza.
We will never get anything from them again.
We don't want anyone else to deal with this ridiculous business.
UPDATE! The response is an auto respond.
It's not a working email! This place truly is ridiculous.

Better pizza places around. Dominos was usually a go to but this location the pizza quality is poor. Never received a pizza before with such little care taken with it. The only positive was the delivery driver was very friendly.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any pizza place. Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that two of the three pizzas were made incorrectly. I went inside to inform Tyler, the employee I had been communicating with, and at first, he was helpful and agreed to remake the pizzas.

However, when the remade pizzas came out, they were still incorrect. I politely asked if they could be remade again, but Tyler became defensive, insisting that I was wrong to even make the request. We went back and forth until he finally agreed to remake one of the two. When that pizza was ready, he had another employee bring it out to me just so he wouldn’t have to interact with me again.

When I asked that employee for his name, she provided it, which seemed to anger him. He then confronted me, asking why I hadn’t just asked him directly. I explained that I would have, had he not been actively avoiding me.

While the rest of the staff was pleasant, this experience was beyond frustrating. Because of this, I will never return to this Domino’s location.

UPDATE 2: On 2/7/25 went personally to this location. Spoke to the general manager considering TO THIS DAY I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND. I am told by the general manager that he cannot give me the refund that he has no access to that specific system. And now I have to try and get ahold of the franchise owner. So, more time even wasted. And let’s talk about the manager Tyler. Tyler even admitted that he did not issue the refund!!!! Would not take ANY ACCOUNTABILITY!!

UPDATE: WAS TOLD TO EMAIL THEM AND THEY NEVER REPLIED. WAS PROMISED A REFUND AND WAS NOT GIVEN MY MONEY BACK!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!

I ordered through Ubereats and it got marked as delivered when IN FACT IT NEVER GOT DELIVERED. Called the first time spoke to Tyler and he said wait 10 mins. I wait the 10 mins call back get hanged up on. Call again and speak to Tyler once again and claims I never spoke to him. Then proceeds to say the delivery person handed it to my supposed husband. NEWS FLASH I DO NOT HAVE A HUSBAND!!! Absolutely horrible experience and will never order from them again.

UPDATE: I called the store, spoke with a guy named Ash and explained the situation and gave him the order number etc....after being put on and off hold....he said that he would process the refund on the same card that I paid with......nothing came........sorry, not sorry domino's.......I'll take my business elsewhere............y'all can keep the ten bucks plus tax.....

Original post: I ordered, amongst other things, a philly cheesesteak sandwich with no mushrooms.....the order came.....with mushrooms. Even if I pick them out, I get violently ill.....so I calmy called the store at 7:38pm to ask that it be sorted out. The manager asked if I wanted a credit or a replacement....I opted for the replacement as there was nothing to eat in the house....he said, that he'll get it made and sent out to me right away.......it is now the next day. Nothing came nor did I receive a call updating me....after all, he did confirm my phone number when I spoke to him.....I even checked my cameras to ensure that they didn't come late last night....they didn't....I have always had delivery from this branch, and their delivery people are always nice.....but the other times that there was an issue.....it was like pulling teeth to make it right.......sorry, domino's your service has consistently been getting worse......and you have just lost a customer.....but I guess that doesn't matter to you......I will be popping into the store this morning when they open to get my money back......I know it may sound petty, but I will not quit them AND leave them with my money....it's the principle behind the situation that counts for me.

Disgusting 🤢 hair baked into the spinach and feta bread unacceptable who wants to drive back ??!!...... tried calling it's like non existent service of the past answering a phone for a customer... Human hair baked into a pizza or bread not so good .....time for a food quality and safety check..... 🤢🤮
