Okay I lived in Puyallup forever never been to this location because well... the line is always through the parking lot and I'm not doing that too old to waste my life waiting in that kind of line.... That being said ,today I drove by And there was only two people in line so I thought I'd give it a try I had a really crappy morning this Monday and just really wanted something frothy and milky and chocolatey to hopefully change the tone. Didn't know what to order so I told the gal what I wanted she figured it out perfectly and then comped my order. It blessed my heart so much I really thought that was perfect timing and impactful on my heart. So on this chilly rainy day of fall The staff at this location was a bright and shiny moment. The coffee was delicious it was just how I expected. But more than anything the service was immaculate! Thanks again for making my Monday not so monday-ish.

The girl at the counter was absolutely lovely—I forgot to ask her name, but she had lots of ear piercings and was wearing blue earrings. You truly made my day, girl! ❤️ Best coffee we ordered mocha cold brew which is really good and hands down the best customer service!
