I do enjoy ordering drinks here. Haven't had any bad experiences here. They greet you with warm smiles and provide your drink timely. This location is always busy, long lines. At times, I do prefer to order and pick up at the walk up window.

Okay I lived in Puyallup forever never been to this location because well... the line is always through the parking lot and I'm not doing that too old to waste my life waiting in that kind of line.... That being said ,today I drove by And there was only two people in line so I thought I'd give it a try I had a really crappy morning this Monday and just really wanted something frothy and milky and chocolatey to hopefully change the tone. Didn't know what to order...

The girl at the counter was absolutely lovely—I forgot to ask her name, but she had lots of ear piercings and was wearing blue earrings. You truly made my day, girl! ❤️
Best coffee we ordered mocha cold brew which is really good and hands down the best customer service!
