Emerald City Smoothie

I was walking by and wanted a smoothie and I seen the workers sitting on the counter even their feet were up on it. 🤢 no thank you. I feel like that is very unprofessional. Putting your ass where you Serve customers.

Everything is awesome, service is amazing and all that, pretty much anything you get is good and the workers give great recommendations as well. I do wish one day this location gets a secret menu lol it'd add to the atmosphere but other than that it's amazing

3 of 4 drinks tasted terrible, all things that ate normal orders. For instance my "Peaches and Greens" tasted like chemicals, which I found out was because they dumped artificial flavor syrup in it. My daughters Green Goddess tasted like rotten apple.
The 4th drink fell on the floor because someone thought paper thin drink carriers were a smart choice for something like smoothies. The drinks were hopeless trying to balance even with 2 hands in that carrier.
This location is sadly the worst wi have ever been to.

It was my sister’s birthday so we bought 5 smoothies and the girl working was extremely rude. She was so impatient and nasty. The smoothies have huge chunks of ice. All around a horrible experience.

Wow. Well that was just rude. I paid for a 32 ounce drink and they filled it up halfway...even after I tipped...I should go in there and take my 5 back because this is just a disappointment. Never been served like this at any other emerald city smoothie. And I tipped because they didn't have anything in their jar...now I see why it was so empty. I couldnt even get points for this half a smoothie because they didn't ask for my account phone number. Just sad. 2 stars feels kind of generous, honestly.

Such nice employees! Great rewards program, only thing better than an Emerald City Smoothie is a free Emerald City Smoothie!! <3

I’ve enjoyed coming here with my family for years. Great spot after the gym. The smoothies are great and it’s super clean. My only complaint is that the workers seem to wear inappropriate clothes at times. One time the girl was wearing spandex booty shorts that honestly looked liked underwear. It made me uncomfortable to come in with my family.

açaí bowls are very runny and don’t have much flavor. smoothies are alright.

Always excellent smoothies that are delicious and healthy. Fast service and friendly staff. My granddaughters love the PNJ smoothy so much they request it, over going to get ice cream.

DO NOT GO HERE this place is extremely shady…they put the wrong sticker price on top of the supplement bottles yet they scan the actual upc…I got two bottles of supplements they rang up $120 yet the stickers and top equaled $84 …I called them out on it and the dumb blonde cashier chick just gave me a dumb look and kept silent..I will never go back to that location again..

I have been coming here for years and it’s slowly gone downhill year after year. Today was my last time. Customer service was bad (girls talking to each other not customers) I asked for no banana then watched her put it in, said i was going to pay cash, she put it as a card payment then walked away, so the card reader was beeping at me & she was gone so i just paid card (not a big deal) but then on top of it all my $8 16oz smoothie (which is insane to me how much cost has increased) taste like straight syrup! Next time I will just get my smoothie at the new stand inside LA fitness after my workout since I’m sure it will taste better & be more convenient!

Always great service from friendly staff!

The workers at the counter were friendly. They handled the crowd well and were professional. The smoothie we ordered were also very tasty!
