Emerald City Smoothie

Made an online order today for a 11:25 pick up. Arrived just before 11:30, not made yet. They appeared busy so I asked about the order, they said they were going to make them next. The person I spoke with went behind the POS to take more orders and the other person started making them. Good to switch out, get breaks, no problem. When those next orders were being handed out, I noticed that people who had come in after us were walking out with their orders. A lot of them. When I asked if pick up orders were commonly made after the customer arrived and asked about the order, she said they were busy. She then proceeded to hand up two drinks for people who were in the ordering line and hadn't made their order yet.

This place appears to not even glance at online orders until the customer arrives, and prioritizes regular customers who are still standing in line to order over customers who have paid some 20 minutes ago.

This happened several years ago as well when I made the same mistake.

I made a pick up order for a reason, to save time. It ended up taking 3x as long as it would have had I paid at the counter. No manager on site as it was a Saturday.

Poor customer service, and the smoothie left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I guess next time I will walk behind the counter and pour my smoothie out of the machine myself. Sat in blender for minutes. First time coming here after a couple

Smoothie was great! But the customer service definitely a negative. The girl Emry assisted me and was very rude very rushed, as she slammed my drink on the counter I still said thank you and no response from her. I then went and told her that her customer service needs some work. I asked for the mangers information and she gave off the energy that she wasn’t trying to give it to me. I’m someone who is big on customer service no matter how big or how small the business is, customer service matters. People feel like because they’re working fast food they can get away with being unprofessional and rude to customers. A job is a job, be professional and be kind!!!

These girls that are at this store are fantastic. They are kind and very engaging. It was my first experience at this store and I will definitely come again because of the sweet workers you have!!

Person on shift must be overwhelmed. They will cancel your online order and close the store down.

I usually come to this place a lot but today I had the absolute worst service. The girl completely ignored everything my friend and I were saying to her and just talked past us like who does that. And they didn’t put a banana in my smoothie and the recipe called for banana. Boy today that was not a good day to visit the store.

Service and drinks used to be great now my smoothies have been just okay and service has gone down hill. They are rude they don't greet you or even smile at you. They just ask what you're drinking and then my smoothie sits there while they clean or take more orders. 😡

Hey so i usually come here and yesterday i got the Raspberry Dream around 7:30ish pm. I now have food poisoning..... im a little taken a back because i love the smoothies here but now im super sick...

I just bought two Smorhies , one for my son and one for me. Both had only ice to make them look thick, but we were practically drinking water. Yuck! This has happened to me several times at this place, and I can't seem to fix it. Now the problem is the ice and the fact that it didn't taste the same as usual. But another day it will become a public health issue if they continue like this.🤮🤢

Only problem is learn to know how much bananas you need! Always out of them you’re killing me!!

I ordered a tropical paradise with oat milk & they gave me regular milk. I am not lactose intolerant but my breast feeding infant has a severe dairy protein allergy & had a reaction. This was the only thing I consumed that I hadn’t made myself. So so dangerous for employees to make these mistakes.
