I walked into this location expecting a clean, professional, health-focused environment, not an atmosphere that felt like a performance. Employees in food-service environments are expected to maintain hygiene, professional attire, and consistent customer service. Athletic or casual wear is fine, but revealing clothing paired with selective, performative behavior crosses a line gives a different type of vibe.
The staff here blurred that line completely. One employee ignored me entirely, only to suddenly become energetic and engaging when a man walked in. This selective friendliness left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. A smoothie shop should promote wellness and professionalism, not distraction or attention-seeking.
I have the choice of where I spend my money, and I won’t be coming back. Management should ensure that employees understand the difference between providing professional customer service and using their workplace as a stage. Had I known this location operated this way, I would not have chosen to spend my money here.

I have to give a huge shoutout to both of the Madis (yes, two of them!) who make every visit a great one. They’re friendly, fast, and genuinely make the place feel welcoming. It’s rare to find one amazing employee, let alone two with the same name! If you're in the area, this is the spot. Great smoothies, even better people.
