Was stuck at urgent care next door and sent my 12 year old son because he wanted water. Seems harmless but apparently you can only by there bottle water for $$ no just cup of water for kids. It’s the little things that tell you a lot about a business and the service.

The service is just really bad. They never greet you when you walk in, and have nasty expressions on their faces as though you’re inconveniencing them when ordering. I also agree with some other reviews raising concerns about prejudice in this location. I’d steer clear.

Awesome service! They were sweet enough to walk my acai bowl to my car when I was on crutches. My favorite treat post-workout!

Went in with a friend on 10/02/24 around 1:15pm to look at the selection of protein options and energy drinks and were greeted by 2 teen girls who immediately stared at us and gave us nasty looks upon walking in. After a few minutes one girl asked if we were going to be purchasing smoothies, and we replied that we are just browsing. After picking up some Alani energy drinks, we decided they would be cheaper at another store so I asked my friend to put the drinks back in the fridge and we decided to leave. While leaving, the girls asked if we would like to purchase the Alani drinks and we said no and walked out, as one of the girls followed us to our cars and accused us of stealing the Alani drinks. As a regular at the store, I see the blonde girl everytime I go in and she has never said/accused me of anything until I came in with my POC friend. I will be driving the extra 20 minutes to go to the Sunrise Village location from now on since I feel uncomfortable supporting a location with racist employees.

We’ve had 1 bad experience here out of the 4x in this month so far. The bad experience was just a lady being rude about not being able to place orders over the phone. Then when I came in, she gave me a death stare when I explained it. The other girl was nice and told me that’s odd that we can’t do that. That time though, the Açaí smoothies we got were sooo good. Then the 3x after, it seemed diluted. However, everyone else was nice.
For açaí specifically, you’re better off going down the extra 10-12 mins in the south hill sunrise location. They’re ALWAYS consistent with the flavor. Never watered down

Went here on Wednesday. Wanted to order 2 24 oz since its boost day. Split one into 2 16 oz. Didn’t think instructions were difficult since I’ve done it before. Rather than receiving my 3 drink only got 2 16 oz drinks. This shop is definitely not going to be my normal like fife, parkland and the other location in Puyallup. No rating on the drink because I didn’t get mine.Left a $3 tip as well?
