Had dinner the other night and was pleasantly surprised. Such a pretty atmosphere, broad menu, and friendly service. Got the chicken salad sandwich which came with a huge portion of fries. Those were the best non-chain fries I've EVER had. The sandwich was divine and the chicken was so tender. Would definitely go back. 👏👏💚💪🍻

Ugh. Was a regular but they seemed to have updated their menu and its bland. I ordered omlette and gosh was it unpalatable. Not to mention now toasts and or fries with your omlettes are extra. Such a shame cause I really liked them before.

I don't usual do a review if the restaurant isn't great. In this case I am because on Easter 2024 we had the Easter Buffet, and it was really good, so we decided to come back for 2025. First, we were seated in the tent section when half the tables were empty in the buffet area. Our reservation was at 1:45pm for 5 people. I waited for ever for scrambled eggs, the sausage wasn't cooked very well. There was not the variety that they had in 2024. And by the time we were back at our table the food was completely cold. The pastries that were left were not a good assortment. The iced tea was seriously like mud it was so thick. No carrot cake which is one of the reason's we came. They had a lot in the buffet last year. Our bill with tax and tip was over $400.00. The price was quite an increase from last year. We don't mind paying a little more for a holiday dinner if it is awesome. This Easter it wasn't worth that amount of money. I don't know that we will be back next year. I hope farm 12 improves especially since they do events all year round. They know how to make a great buffet because they did in 2024.

We went to Farm 12 for Easter, there were 8 people in our group. Remember that this was a buffet where you serve yourselves. We were charged a 20% gratuity which was over $100.00. The person that was presumably serving us had to be reminded that we asked for our coffee and soda to be refilled multiple times and the used plates were left sitting on the table. That did not help me to feel comfortable with a tip that large. And honestly the there was less food than last year and really not even worth the $60 asking price. Very disappointed - will look for something better next Easter or cook wonderful food at home!!

Terrible service, we waited 45 minutes to get our food. It all came out cold except the potatoes. Everything. We were only checked on once. The table next to us was seated maybe 5 minutes before us and they had eaten and left by the time we got our food, the chicken and waffles were hard as rock and frozen chicken. Then on top of it they added the 6 person automatic gratuity when we were 5 people and a BABY. Sucks because this used to be a great place, we had been here several times before.

This place has become a favorite of my partner and I. We have come here the last couple months almost every Saturday and everything is a 12 out of 10. The staff is always so kind and on top of things. Well today we ended up having an even more incredible experience talking about our excitement with our server. Her name is Lauren, she is so down to earth and all about making the day a good one. She ended up bringing us a special sample of something and it truly made our day. Thank you Lauren, and all of farm 12 for making us have the best Saturday brunches we could ask for! We love you all and will be back soon!!! Thanks again!!!

The atmosphere was comfortable. The service was friendly and considerate. The food was amazing, a little pricey, but I expected that for the environment. The drinks were fantastic and more (quantity), than I expected. The only complaint I would have is that the food took almost an hour to arrive at our table. That wasn't really a problem for me, because that meant more time with my Love. The food still came out hot and delicious.

Love farm 12 for brunch. Friendly staff and tasty food. Something to be aware of if you’re a large group is they charge 20% automatic gratuity but our experience was it ends up being more like 22% because they calculate gratuity in an uncommon way where you end up being taxed on that tip. It’s an odd thing that doesn’t really matter and hard to even explain but if you’re confused about why the tip isn’t quite what you expected, it’s probably this process.
Very good breakfast sandwich and the Mable bacon cinna-sant was exceptional.
