Farrelli's Pizza Reviews
This place doesn’t even have a fraction of the quality that other locations do.
Every time we order for our kids, they never include the veggie tray that comes with it, unless I request it, the dough to play with unless I request it and they also never bring the cookie that also comes with it, unless I request it. This is my kids’ favorite restaurant for those reasons- why are you the only location that seems to never honor it?
Extremely overpriced, today I...read full review
We just had pizza delivered on Friday and it was ice cold. We ordered through Farrelli’s app. Called to speak to a manager and “he just left” took my information down and said she would give it to the manager. Saturday no call so I call between 1-2. He just left to go get a drink Nextdoor. It is Tuesday and not a word. To spend good money on food and wait an hour and half for it to arrive cold is ridiculous. Farrelli's Pizza is a family-friendly restaurant with great options for kids, including a ball of pizza dough for them to play with. The vegetarian appetizers and salads, along with the create-your-own pizza option, are noteworthy. The crab ragoon Stix are also mentioned as amazing. The restaurant offers a sports bar vibe, with several large-screen TVs showing pre-game coverage, making it a good spot to enjoy cold mugs of beer and watch a game. Customer service is highly praised, with staff like Chloe and Trinity providing friendly, attentive, and accommodating service—Trinity even went above and beyond by handling food allergies and making special efforts for birthdays. The atmosphere is lively, especially during Thursday trivia night, which adds to the fun. While the food generally gets positive remarks, some personal pizzas can be overcooked or undercooked, and the side salad is on the smaller side. The restaurant is a welcoming place for families, sports fans, and anyone looking for a friendly dining experience.
