Went with wife and child. Multiple arcade machines were broken, did not get crayons with kids coloring paper and we were offered used dirty ones because they ran out. The one drink my wife wanted was not available, they were out of anchovies, had to ask for parmesan like it was a special offering, did not receive any of the items that come with the kids meal pizza and when we asked about it she said she didn't include or offer it because most parents don't want it. She brought them out after we were finished. We asked for a to go personal pizza when we were finished and she forgot about it. We didn't make a big deal about any of it. Great pizza but that will be our last time there due to poor customer service and lack of inventory. Waitress was very nice, but poorly trained.
Amazing staff, but sadly some poor corporate standards for food.
It was my birthday and I wanted to try a new place with my wife and kids. And since Farellis had good reviews, I thought I would go.
I was craving something Fatty and Savory, so I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. It had chicken, all the veggies, ranch base. The pizza tasted good. However they're was only a tiny sliver about 5mm wide and 15 mm long on each slice of my 12 inch pizza.
They had literally taken a single small slice of bacon cut into tiny pieces and put one single sliver on most of the slices. 2 of the slices didn't even have bacon.
I don't normally make complaints, but when I order a chicken bacon pizza, I do expect to have bacon on all the slices and more than a sliver per slice. I have never ordered a pizza with bacon that had so little bacon.
Luckily I asked the waitress if it was at all possible to get a little bit of bacon for the pizza so that I could at least have a sliver for the pizzas with no bacon. She said that the amount there on my pizza was up to the standard set by corporate. But she understood my concern about how some of the pieces didn't even have bacon.
She did ask the kitchen to make 2 slices and cut them up so I could put it on the pizza. And honestly it was great after that. I really appreciated her understanding my possibly petty concern.
Besides that, the red rod the experience was great. My wife loved her pizza and Mac and Cheese. The kids loved their meals, and playing with the dough balls and drawing with crayons.
We played a few arcade games in the back and won some candy from the candy crane.
I would come back again, but now I know that I shouldn't order anything with bacon since the corporate portions set are insanely stingy. Which is sad because bacon bought in bulk come out to maybe $0.10 for a piece of bacon. No need to get greedy when a 12 inch pizza is nearly $30.
Chloe is an awesome server, I'm thankful she gave me time to run home and grab my wallet since I forgot it like a moron. Made sure to tip her a lil extra for being super gracious about it.
Hadn't had Farrelli pizza in a long time. It waa yummy.....spendy but yummy. We got the crab ragoon Stix, they were amazing.
Thursday at this location is trivia night, seemed fun but we didn't stay for much of it.
Best pizza around
Our server Madison was amazing, and the Sammie for desert was to die for
If you choose to dine in here, get Madison as your server! She was great with our unexpected top of 7 with two toddlers. Absolutely stellar customer service and sense of humor thankfully. She is the reason we will be back and continue to dine in there. Thank you!
The experience is great pizza is good too i think its more quality than other pizza place
I’ve eaten here a few times since moving to the area last summer- my kids like the pizza at Farrelli’s but the service isn’t that great (we’ve dined in and taken out). Also not safe if you’re extremely allergic to gluten or have celiac disease. I ordered a gluten free pizza for take out a couple months ago and I was given a regular pizza crust instead of GF. No other GF options or accommodations aside from a basic caulipower crust which isn’t great. I would love to see more GF options here, more precautions taken for GF/Celiac diners and better quality ingredients given the GF option upcharge.
Pizza is trash!!!! Pasta is good! Drinks are good!

I just picked up my pizza's and one of them is black burnt up! So I go right back and got another Cheese bread. Thanks
Damn good pizza!
I ordered, for take-out, a Margherita pizza with cheese bread.
Cooked to perfection, fresh ingredients, nothing negative to say!
Great service well just a great atmosphere people are awesome
Very friendly place to go, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to eat out.
If you are a fan of the tomato soup at Farrelli’s. You should think about making the drive to the Fredrickson location. The soup should be the same at every location….but it’s not! It’s the best at the Fredrickson location.
