1st time here. place was hopping. staff was friendly but I was disappointed. I ordered cerviche and a surf and turf burrito. spoiling myself with $40 dinner. The cerviche was sweet, it seems like they put cocktail sauce which has never been in a cerviche I have had and did not say on menu so didn't eat it but charged. Then my burrito was supposed to have no pickled onions but it did, supposed to have 1/2 whole bean and 1/2 black and they put refried and the chimchuri sauce on the side didn't happen. there was maybe 3 shrimp in my burrito. just disappointed as it wasn't cheap and incorrect. the shrimp I did get and meat inside was good.

worst burrito of my life. tortilla was not cooked through. carne asada seemed like it was cooked in a big pan, not grilled at all. the tortilla had big tears in the middle and there were stray pieces of wilted lettuce mixed in. ordered dry street burrito and received a sloppy mess of gross meat wrapped in an undercooked off the grocery store counter tortilla.

Extremely Unsanitary – Major Health Concerns

The food was just okay, but honestly, that was the least of my concerns. This is by far the filthiest restaurant I’ve seen in a very long time. With Washington’s health standards, I’m genuinely shocked this place hasn’t been shut down yet for sanitation violations.

While waiting to use the restroom (there’s only one toilet for the entire restaurant), I noticed mold on the door—and right next to it was a glass-door storeroom, like the kind you’d see on a gas station refrigerator. That door was caked in thick, wet-looking, hairy mold. It was revolting. I can’t imagine how food supplies are being safely stored behind something in that condition.

The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was dangerously greasy and slippery—I nearly lost my balance just trying to walk in. Combine that with the overwhelming filth, and it was one of the most unsafe and unsanitary environments I’ve ever encountered in a food establishment.

I’m extremely disappointed I even paid for a to-go order here. I won’t return, and I strongly advise others to stay away. You can’t eat at everybody’s house, and this place is a clear example of why.

To Fiesta Taqueria: Please do yourself and your customers a favor—close for a weekend and put your employees to work deep cleaning every surface before the health department shuts you down permanently.

WARNING: Do not eat from a dirty restaurant. You will get sick.

Food is wonderful here. Been a couple times it is small and quaint. They got our orders wrong last time we were here, but everything on the menu is so good.

The food was very salty but the cheese in the quesadilla and the tenderness of the carne brought this place up a LOT. It leaves you with that yuck feeling.
