I've been coming here every morning for work.. White 24ounce mocha with a shot of almond and an extra shot or two of espresso. Today, like every Monday over the last 3 stops, I've gotten 1/2 a cup of nothing I've ordered.. leave a 2 to 3 dollar tip every time. That's a 10 dollar cup of coffee... and now I'm done.. Not spending another dime there with this person..coffee is way too expensive for poor service..
I’ve been coming here for a couple years. The service is usually great and the coffee is good. In fact, I drive a good 10 minutes out of my way almost every day to get coffee here. Hannah, one of the newer girls, had extremely disappointing service today and I'm not sure I'll be back. Hannah said hello, how are you? I responded and apparently she didn’t hear me. I'll go out of my way to come here. Fantastic coffee, baristas are friendly & sharp. The location and drive-thru are convenient. Best prices around... checks all the boxes! Plus this pumpkin loaf omg yum!
