I use to love going here a lot actually but the last 4 times I've been here to this location waiting in line the girls at the window just talk talk talk to the customers and look back at people waiting in line and then continue to have a lengthy conversation with the customer I've waited in line for almost 10min before and I just can't go here anymore they're wasting my time plus being inconsiderate to other customers by talking way too long to others. Keep it short and sweet kind and considerate please.

Gravity is always a great coffee place a lot of nice selections. The staff is always great and you can’t be there gift card deals. They always have buy one for any price and get double that for free!

We bought gift cards for Christmas gifts and none of the Gravity stands in puyallup are accepting gift cards. We've been through three different drive thru lines and are told "they can't accept gift cards right now" or "their gift card reader isn't working".Turns out there is an issue with the gift cards that was prompted by the holiday special that is being resolved. Even though the customer service at the stand itself wasn't apologetic or nice, the upper management gave me a call to explain the issue and apologize. I really appreciated his genuine concern and the attention to customer care that was given. This is a business that cares to take the time to resolve an unhappy customer.

This location rarely misses!! They’re usually prompt and spot on that consistency. I typically get a down to earth with lemonade and a mocha with Oreo. Wish they would use actual Oreos though.
