The first time I visited I loved my meal but the second time it was overfried and a little hard and dry. I ordered pork tonkatsu because it is normally juicer and tastier than chicken. Overall, the food is tasty.

I ordered a spicy ramen with extra pork and egg, an order of takoyaki and sushi, and a bento box. I didn’t get the extra pork or egg, the ramen wasn’t spicy at all, and the sushi was missing. It happens, it’s life, and I called to let the restaurant know. However, when I came back the next day, they would only give me half off the ramen, and wanted to charge full price for everything else, despite that I was missing 1/3 of what I paid for. The manager was exceptionally rude, and this is sad because the food quality here is really good, but if this is how you treat customers, then my business is better elsewhere.

Quick service! We ordered the teriyaki chicken. It came quickly and was good. The chicken was a little dry, but very good. They have a 12th man statue that's worth checking out if you haven't seen it.

We have been going here since they opened but something has drastically changed. Last night the Garlic Sesame Chicken was so tough it was not edible, and the Orange Chicken was overcooked as well. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt the last 3 orders but sad to say I can't waste any more money on sub-par food. This saddens us because the staff is great.

Service and atmosphere was fantastic. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Food came out very quick. We ordered two different bento boxes which were great -- extremely generous portions for the price! Miso soup that came with it really hit the spot, and the spicy chicken teriyaki was fun. If I lived nearby this place would be a mainstay for sure.
Open on Sunday. It is my birthday, and I wanted something delicious to eat. We got two Bento boxes teriyaki and sweet and sour chicken, and we got a delicious rainbow roll. The Bento boxes are nice, because you get a variety of items to eat. The food was great. I will definitely eat there again, and I recommend Happy Bento for anyone who likes teriyaki and rainbow rolls.
