Happy Teriyaki 11 on River Road

Me and my wife walked into the restaurant at 4 o’clock and had to ask where our food was at at 5:07 and when we got here there was only one other couple. When we asked the server he had told us that The main cook wasn’t even here which in my mind means that the food was not gonna be up to par as it was. We won’t be coming back we were not even given a discount for waiting or the crappy b rated food

Their food is excellent. Good flavorful food. Juicy tender meat. Reasonable portions. Reasonable prices.

But their service even though they are smiling, they come really short.

Their service starts & ends at the casheir. After you order & sit @ your table & get your food. If you are dining in . They stop their service they don't come ask if need more water or more things. Or if everything is OK.
So customers have to make up for their shortage of their service

But if you are taking orders out then you don't notice this shortness in their service

I went with a friend it was a good price for some amazing food I 10/10 recommend and the staff was amazing!

First time here and the service was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. A lovely lady made sure we had everything we needed and was beyond wonderful. This will definitely be a place I’m coming back to often. They have earned a loyal customer!!!

Happy Teriyaki is the best place to eat. I got the chicken spicy teriyaki and it did not disappoint! Delicious with big portions! I highly recommend it 👏

The food here is fresh and delicious, and the service was amazing. I ordered my dish a special way, and my waitress ensured that it was correctly made before bringing it out. Definitely recommend for some tasty teriyaki!
