Last item I ordered I had to take back and the replacement wasn't much better. The menu seems rather small lately so I have been going else where. I got an item delivered to my home, yet when I tried to get the same item it want available according to staff and the current menu.

My family dined in yesterday for dinner. This was our first time here. Upon entering, it appeared clean and the server was punctual. Once we were seated, the service declined fast. I have worked in the food and drink industry for 10+ years and I would not expect to be tipped for service after the service that he provided us. With that being said, I still didn’t have it in me not to tip so I still tipped very well only to get sick from the food that was served to me. My son and I ordered the same pho, and we both got sick (short rib pho). My son started to feel nauseous only after a couple bites so he stopped and thank goodness he did because I couldn’t imagine both of us going through what I have had to endure since last night. I don’t normally write reviews like this but I felt that I needed to due to the complexity of what I am feeling right now. I will never eat here again. My first will most definitely be my last.

The pho is good but our favorite is the spicy beef noodle. The flavored iced teas pair well with the food. They're also open late on the weekend. Definitely worth the drive from Tacoma.

Make sure you ask for a whole receipt this place charges a service fee of 22 % with out asking and expect a tip on top of that.

Good size Good food but service not too great. They charged a service fee for my 12 month daughter eating and dropping food like a baby natural eats. He did not mention charging us the fee. We only found out when we looked at our receipt when we had already left. Then we came back the next day to eat again and he was like shocked. We did not say anything about the charge, but he just came up and said we charge service fees for the mess. Do not charge people for things like that and not mention it to them. Greedy!! On top of that, we sat at the exact table, and the mess was not even cleaned up.

Great brisket and tofu pho. My wife and I ordered 2 medium dishes and the portions are HUGE and with lots of flavor. Highly recommend this place!

I placed my order by phone , first of all the person that answered wasn’t helpful (that should have been a red flag) but I rendered anyways . Picked up the order. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . The 4 spring rolls was just nasty! The dipping sauce was a disappointment. Tasted like sweet and sour sauce mixed with peanut oil. 🤦🏽♀️ fried house rice was very bland . The shrimp in that was in the fried rice had its shell of the tail on , to image eating the rice and pulling the shrimp out to so you have to peel the shell off the tail . I don’t mind paying for food when it’s prepared properly and cooked with love . Mind you we are spending hard work money for a good meal, yeah not this place! Never again . Hello Pho you guys have to do better !
Ordered here tonight. Three Pho’s and one rice. $76. All meat RAW and disgusting. All went in garbage. So sad. I called- not sympathetic and said thats how it comes. Asked if I had to cook my own food and he said yes.

There is always particles in my water. They bring you a cup of water that has lent and dust in it. One time there were fruitflies in mine. My thing is, if a simple thing such as water is hard for them to keep clean, then what about the rest of the food that isn't as crystal clear as water.

My family and I really wanted pho so we decided to try this place. We were seated by the waitress and given menues. 20 min went by with not even a check in. I ordered at the front counter and waited for the food. The food came out relatively quick. Once we started eating, I noticed a worm in my food.
I tried to flag the staff down multiple times to not cause a scene. After another 15 minutes of trying to flag someone down, the waitress looked at the food and said okay and walked away.
Another 20 minutes went by. I went to the counter to pay. They tried to get me to pay for the food we did in fact not eat due to the worm.
Overall it was a really bad experience and the customer service was terrible.

My family and I only ever order out from here. We pick up in store and go home. We’ve checked our orders once we get in the car and from the looks of things it’s fine until we get home and realize they’ve forgotten multiple things or gave us the wrong portion size (we ordered two brisket phos and were given children portion sizes this also means we don’t get any of the veggies that come with the original pho) we are so tired of getting the wrong order. The food is amazing and has the best flavor, make sure to ask that your order is right in the restaurant and open the bags right in front of them, just to be sure…. we’ve paid so much to this business and have gotten so many orders messed up. :( Like our order tonight sadly….
