Went in to get 1 sandwich. Was told it was a 20 minute estimated wait.

I waited 35 minutes and still didn't get my food. By that time it was the end of my lunch and I wasnt going to wait any longer for 1 sandwich.

Honeybaked ham co is the best ham, and this location makes the most amazing soups and sandwiches, I always make it a point to stop in for a sandwich anytime I'm in the area.

Celebrating my mom's 90th birthday, we had an awesome platter of sandwiches. 5 different types of sandwiches. 17 total. They cut them in quarters so everyone gets to sample every sandwich. Everyone at the party enjoyed them. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!!!

If you want your mouth to water.... Simply walk through their doors and the smell will make you drool all over. The best ham I've ever eaten.. If your Islam or jewish stay away because once you get a whiff of the smell you will definitely be turned. I'm not trying to go against your religion or anything but damn you guys are missing out. 10 Stars if i could..

I have purchased honeybaked hams for many years., yesterday I came into the Puyallup store to pick up the ham that I had ordered. The lady behind the counter picked out a ham for me and explained to me that she was a new hire and proceeded to ring up the items that I was purchasing. During this process she asked for assistance from a fellow employee to continue with the transaction evidently the employee that she turned to, didn’t really feel the need to be kind to myself and or the employee that was asking for help.. I do realize it’s the holidays and it’s very frustrating. I’ve been in customer service pretty much most of my life and we all have underlying issues but if a new employee is going to be treated in that type of manner especially in front of a customer, she doesn’t need to be in the business. Clearly, she should be reprimanded.. I thank honey baked hams for their hard work. Merry Christmas to you all. I could name names, but I’m not going to you know who you are…

Went for the BOGO coupon we were offered in an email, after taking an online survey and ordering our Thanksgiving ham. The lady that received our eat-in order made us feel like we were imposing on her, as she vented her frustration about corporate putting out promos and not telling store owners. She said they just eat the cost of the buy-one get one free sandwich and are not reimbursed. Agree with earlier review that owner needs to take her frustration up with corporate, not the customer. We hesitantly stayed and placed our order but it was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Bad for business when store owners and big business don't work well together.

Visited on Sat. 11/16. We ordered 2 sandwiches and a bowl of soup at 1:30 (on our receipt) and were served 40 min later at 2:10 p.m. Unacceptable!

I loved Honeybaked Ham for decades. We have been using this location for 5 years now, each October for Canadian Thanksgiving. The ham really is the best, and some of the sides are decent. The bacon is AMAZING, but I was informed today they discontinued the Pepper Bacon....WHY?!?!?!?!
Staff here are always friendly, we are usually in and out. Don't mind waiting for them to glaze and cut it.

5 stars easy

The website lists the store hours on saturday to 6pm. I've drove down from Auburn based off of the website. And google to find it posted on the door saturday's hours 4pm. Either the store should hold to its posted hours on the website or google, Or should I just the hours on the website and google.

Delicious spot for lunch! My husband and I I wanted a delicious sandwich and we got that and more. I got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich on fresh (and when I say “fresh” I absolutely mean it) and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. My husband got the turkey pesto ranch on herbed focaccia bread and his mind was blown. No more Subway or Panera for us. This place is our new first choice go to for sandwiches. Friendly staff and quick service. Check it out!

I’ve been coming here for years because the food is really good and I lived in the area until a couple years ago. The staff are nice but wait times are a bit long. My last experience was very disappointing however. I had previously ordered online for pick up and was sent an email saying if I reviewed the store I’d get a bogo coupon so I did. When I tried to use the coupon I was told that they opt out of all corporate offers because they’ve chosen to keep prices low instead and simply can’t afford to do that and honor coupons without operating at a loss. “That’s why we tear off the bottom of the receipt because it automatically prints the review offer.” She said she’d honor it but I had to prove I purchased my sandwiches from them since the coupon wasn’t store specific. I had trouble logging into my account so I couldn’t bring up the previous transaction. I said it was ordered on July 7th and she said they only had one online order from that day and it had a different name. Tbh I was pretty upset cause I’ve been going there for years and now felt like I was being called a liar or untrustworthy. I had definitely ordered online on that date and when I went in to pick it up the woman at the counter said she didn’t see it but then when she talked to someone else they said oh here it is so it was somewhere for sure. Either way, it seems like automatic coupons is something they should take up with corporate not the customer. I was so frustrated I just said I don’t care and ordered my food anyway just to be done. I ordered a daily special whose main thing was avocado and was then told they’re out of avocado and no one took it off the board. She gave me 2 cookies to help make up for it but I was so disappointed already. I’ve never had an issue here before but I live in Yelm now and go out of my way to come here and if that’s how interactions go I won’t bother making the trip anymore.
