Its now 2026: My wife and I work separate shifts and hardly see each other lately, but today I had off and she works this afternoon. So I go out to bring her IHOP in bed. I waited at the register for over 5 min just to get a menu. After another 10 min of waiting and still nothing I walked out. Mind you its a Wednesday morning at 10:30am with hardly any customers. I would've gladly waited if I could've received anything from the 4 waitstaff that kept walking by. Now I'm off to Original Pancake House. Yes, it will cost more, but I know that I'll be taken care of. Less than 1star. Waitres sees single man wanting take out, must not be a tipper. Little do they know.
My wife and I went on Sunday around 11am. Our waitress ( Chantel) was amazing. She was fast, friendly, accommodated special omelette orders, and checked on us through out breakfast. Even though it was a full house we had our food within 15 minutes. Everything was perfect. Easy $20 tip without thinking twice about it. 5stars

My daughter and granddaughter went in today. Took a long time to get seated and order taken. They brought out the wrong food for granddaughter. Took forever to get a new order. When they went to leave an employee chased them assuming they were dining and dashing. My daughter told the person payment in the form of a gift card and cash were left on the table to cover the bill. I personally gave them the gift card in a Christmas gift. From now on I may think of purchasing a different restaurant gift card. Shame on you I-hop.

I liked this place before but 2 times I had bad experience here first one was my order took more than 45 min that they forgot my order and I was sit down with my family second experience was today the spoon that I had was full of germs and so dirty also batroom was very bad too I liked this place before but I prefer spend my money with better service.

We got here at 1:50 pm and we still here waiting for food. It’s now 2:41pm and ihop is not busy at all. Manager was not on it to take control of the floor and get service started. Last time in this place. Lots of customers near us were also complaining about the same issue.
Was very disappointed. came in with my brother today, he left to go warm up the car, leaving me to pay. when it came to the bill the waiter DEFINITELY charged us more and tried to hide the fact. We got the same thing we usually do and our price yesterday was $55 with tip TODAY it was $76. Asked for a receipt and it didn’t show anything just the price she charged us with. The waiter was Mexican, looked old and had glasses. What 2 meals and 2 drinks are $76 dollars at IHOP??

literally the worst service and experience. the waitress actually had dirt under her fingernails. our food took 45 minutes to come out and the bacon was pale literally no color or flavor. i don’t know what they were serving but it wasn’t bacon. the syrup had hair on it. i would not recommend!

Im a local here, I’ve been going here for along time. I would be careful of that one waitress, I believe she’s Mexican and short, she’s probably in her mid 50s. Just recently left my sister with my card to pay the bill, usually it’s 50 dollars but then it came out to 70 something dollars, I couldn’t believe it. She definitely added an extra tip to the bill without my consent… literally stealing! That’s bad for business…

Had the best eggs Benedict lastnight - perfectly poached egg & perfect amount of Hollandaise. Waitress was super attentive, service was amazing. Seriously, a dining experience I’ll remember for awhile. Thank you !
