Possible food contamination ended in illness.

My background: I enjoy rare steaks and all kinds of food, if you know about Ethiopian kitfu or Tire siga, you know it's fresh and uncooked meat served with sauces.

With that said, I ordered a large bowl of steak, tendon and tripe. If you know the smell of mold or like wet socks, it's a mildew stench but I could taste it the more I ate. I couldn't finish it and my body was telling me to stop after eating only the surface. I had a Dr.pepper and the fizz slightly helped. An hour went by after leaving and my body started feeling intense chills, yeah its winter but it's the type of chills that feel like goosebumps while also feeling nauseous.

Eventually we get home and I felt weaker and agitated out of nowhere, my stomach was yearning for help despite setting the heater to max heat. It was no problem regurgitating the food, it was not forced at all. The pho was the only source of food I had eaten in my Saturday (1/10/26). Currently it's 1am and I've gotten better, as I incubate myself under hot blankets and napping through it and warm tea with ginger. My partner experienced the same but had eaten a lot less than I did so to her it wasn't at my level.

I got pho cause the broth itself is healing except this time it was not. If anyone else experienced the night of 1/10/26 please speak up. It sucks to come to this but it's truly unacceptable to have paid $60 for the meal.

Ordered off a screen and it took longer to order that way. Then they automatically applied a 15% tip. We got our own drinks most of the time and got our own soy sauce. So not much service. We should have been tipped if you ask me. Over $100 for soup seema a bit expensive.

The seafood pho was yumalicious, server was nice and order came out fairly quickly considering there was many customers before us.

Absolutely loved this place! The pho was super fresh and flavorful — exactly what I needed. Kim and S were amazing: genuinely kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Service was fast, the food came out hot, and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely my new go-to spot. Highly recommend!

Food was alright but not the best I've had. Portions were kinda small. Atmosphere was fine. But they needed another employee working at the register because of all the phone in orders. The rest of us kept getting ignored. Finally the service was horrible. We had six people at our table. We all got our food except one person. I went back twice to ask were the final dinner was. By the time it finally came out we had been finished with our meal for some time. This made our guest feel out of place as we all sat there and wait for him to eat his dinner. Not a do again.

They put 2 servings of noodles in 1 medium sized pho and they over cooked the noodles... broth became too thick...

Need better cup holders. They are way too small and trips over easily. Soup is nice, 2021. Edited: 10/28/2025, The have great cup holders now. And their Bubble Juice/Milk Tea is still wonderful. If anyone enjoys the slushie/smoothie flavor

If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese pho, this place is hands down the best in town. The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — you can tell it’s been simmered for hours the traditional way. The noodles are always fresh and perfectly cooked, and the beef is tender and full of flavor.

The portions are generous, and everything from the herbs to the sauces tastes incredibly fresh. The staff are welcoming, attentive, and make sure your food comes out hot and fast. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has that comforting aroma of real pho the moment you walk in.
