I rated this one kind of on the high end. I think normally I would have probably given it one less stars. But the food was really good, not necessarily the pho broth but the meatballs were fantastic I love the egg rolls and potstickers and all the fried foods pretty much everything but the pho was great. The atmosphere was a little hole in the wall with really oddly placed tables. And the fact that they attach the ordering menus iPad thing to the table was kind of frustrating.
This Vietnamese restaurant is located in the Willows Shopping Center. There are multiple businesses available here. I've been here several times since 2016. I've had the following:

This pho spot is the place to go! The pho is to one of the best in all of Washington and the staff were so kind and welcoming! Especially my waitress, Mo. I’ll be coming back very soon!
