Spent over 70 dollars on food, had it delivered from door dash. When it got here my 5 piece fish was all undercooked. Called the store the kid who answered the phone was fine. Told him my issue, he said he needed to talk to his manager, I can hear the manager answer him too “‘he ordered through door dash? He needs to contact them, they give refunds I don’t”. Wow what levels of customer service Ivars Puyallup has. I’m sure Ivar would be proud.

I really like Ivar's fish only, which is what I have ordered the last 4 times. I recently moved and now am closer to this location. Every other week I order drive-thru. Only twice have they not included the fries. Also this time they did not include the starter sauce. She didn't even ask and I didn't think about it until I got home, which is 10 minutes away on Meridian. Spending $25 for dinner and not getting the most important condiment! I know it's hard to find people to work any more, but come on.
