Then once I finally got my burger it had only a paddy. No lettuce, no ketchup, nothing else. Just bun and meat.
Never coming here again.

Went to Jack and the Box on 160th and Meridian. Worst service and food we've ever experienced from J&B. Tacos were cold and undercooked. Meat was cold and didn't even melt the cheese, tortilla shell was mostly chewy,top edge wasa little crisp. and not much taco sauce. Fries were also cold and were like older fries that had been sitting there for awhile. Drinks were not correct either. Wish we had went to another location, might have had better and quicker service and also warm fresher and properly cooked tacos and fresh fries.

There are always new workers here who have the worse attitudes. They literally close down whenever they feel like. The food is almost always not accurate, and the customer service is absolutely awful.
I went through the drive thru, and the girl was super rude and standoffish. At the window, she was rude again. I probably would be too, if I weighed 500lbs. She told us to pull around, and when she was outside to give somebody else their food, we asked if she could bring us extra taco sauce when our food was ready. She blatantly ignored us, and when she came out with our food, we asked again. She said “you can come inside and get it yourself.” I think somebody should probably remind her that that’s her job, to check her attitude, and that she shouldn’t use her wrist as a cutting board.
