Everytime I visit it seems like everyone is depressed and monotoned, at least late night/over night as that is when I visit the most. No enthusiasm, monotoned with a hint of attitude. Although they do get the line moving pretty quick compatible to other stores in the area, I would much rather deal with long wait times for the genuine customer service experience! Usually it's been a long day for me as well, but more negativity and feeding into the poor emotions isnt going...
