Go anywhere else for food if it's open. Drive time was over 20 min, only received half my order, food was ice cold, I had to ask to get my card back, and customer service was rude, promptly slamming the drive-through window after handing over the order.
The older gentleman on driver thru in the evenings is awesome. An absolute pro in fast food, which I know a lot of people have a wild misconception is easy. He was fast, courteous, our orders were perfect (and were picky people.)

Delicious! 🍔 My Bacon Double Smashed Jack Burger meal was INCREDIBLE!! (And incredibly priced - it was $20! Yikes. I should have just ignored the price and enjoyed the meal. But wow. With that price -and the Giant Burger - I decided to bring half home and finish later. Still delicious!)
My Kids love that breakfast is served all day! Where else can you get both French Toast Sticks and nuggets at the same time? Awesome 👍
Plus, this summer's Deadpool and Wolverine promo packaging is a fun treat 😂

Says opens at 4am been at the drive thru for 15 minutes, said hello several times through the speaker, went to the front door and knocked 2 people on the inside this is Tuesday August 27th, 2024 is now 4:20 am and 4 cars now in the drive thru and I see someone inside but they refuse to answer. If your hours have changed please post them! You have several cars now in the drive thru just sitting 30 minutes now.

Food was way overpriced compared to other jack in the box in the area. For 1 large Curly fry it was over $6 ... I could buy an entire bag of curly fries for that price and feed my entire family of 5. The guy wasn't very friendly either

Everything about this location is amazing! The food is fresh and hot. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the nutritional information as well and were able to direct to me 3 sources for it. I have a Type 1 Diabetic kid, and that information is so important. They are a very clean restaurant all around. Counters to place an order, the drink area, tables, floors, and the restrooms. The management here should be very pleased with their staff! Absolutely will come back again during our vacation stay!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

Pulled up to the Drive-thru at 8:04 on a sunday and the guy tells me they are closed. Only reason why I was able to get my food was because I placed my order on the app.. What sort of Jack in the box closes at 8pm... like really?

I visited this location tonight. I was initially excited when I pulled in the parking lot because the drive through was completely empty. I pulled up to the speaker. I had to wait awhile before anyone said anything. I had waited before saying hello. I checked the time to make sure they were open. Once I confirmed they were, I waited a few minutes and said hello again. Still nothing. I started looking for another location. Finally someone came, saying order whenever you're ready. They didn't acknowledge the wait. I ordered tacos and fries. It didn't take long for the food to come out. The fries were warm and stale. I had to wait for new ones. I'm not sure what's going on with the night crew. It seems they're more interested in socializing rather than working and customer service. They young lady at the window was friendly.
