Since the reorganization each location is hit or miss; some get it right, while the next one burns the patties, or the fries are stale. If you know of a location that gets your food correct most of the time stick with it.

Food is hit or miss. Everything goes well when the manager/chain operator is in, but any other time, you can taste the depression and disinterest of the employees. Check your food before you leave. More often then not, at least one thing is incorrect.
