Terrible food and service. For a place that sells low quality food, your employees have a high attitude. There is absolutely no reason for your employees to be a jerk, especially towards little children. I suggest this location to get it right if they want anybody to spend another penny at their location…it’s too hot to be catching an attitude either way…

Been going here for lunch a lot and there is always nice and polite Mexican lady at the window. The last two times there been a teenager working window and since then I have had multiple items not in my bag when I get back to my work which is extremely frustrating.

Food is always great no matter what Jack in the Box location i visit
Drive through is pretty quick to get there, but slow when getting the food. Food is always amazing, for it being Jack in the box. But still good, fresh, hot, and made to order. I also use coupons from my mailing su subscription, which helps.

Food was cold. Workers were very rude. It's ridiculous that they charge for sauce to make the cold food edible after you spend $20-30. I'll take my business elsewhere now on.

Had to make a second order because they forgot a meal (double cheeseburger,nuggets curly fries, drink) Didn't matter anyway though, because all the food was cold. Seriously,both pieces of cheese on my burger could simply be taken off without any trouble,they were never put on the burger when it was hot. Any other reasonable explanation?

The employee was ok but rhe place was dirty. None of the tables were cleaned except for one. No one was in there except my family. Not sure why it would be so dirty when there is barely anyone who is in there. And on top of that my Swiss burger was cold, like the already had it made and tryed to nuke it. The bun was old and falling apart. Will not go back. Sad cause my fiance picked the place and was excited to go. Also 30+ dollars for two burgers(not meal) and a kids meal is crazy!

Went to Jack in the box by south hill mall. Ordered a curly fry, coke, and the loaded breakfast sandwich. Food was delicious, but the curly fries were all broken and straight little pieces, so my grandson was happy. But all in all, great tasting food.
