Ordered from Buckley in advance, drove to Puyallup, 35 min to pick up, and still had to wait 25 min for the order to be prepared. Online ordering with Jersey Mike’s is terrible. Maybe consider prioritizing orders when a customer pays in advance.

very disrespectful managers at this jersey mikes. They fake and spread drama like middle schoolers. The managers Alyssa and Christina like to talk bad about their Employees and Customers. Also They were selling chicken from there freezer that went bad (freezer temp was increasing. Stayed at 27 degrees overnight. is supposed to be less then 0 degrees and they did absolutely nothing)

Service is always slow , the gals missed the special instructions.
Went to this location for the first time today and there's definitely a big difference. Young girl slicing the meat had an attitude problem for sure, maybe she was having a bad day? But she was rolling her eyes at everything! The other 2 gentlemen were nicer and made sure our order was right. I think i'll stick to driving the extra 10 minutes up meridian to the other location.

I don't know why everytime i order online here i always get my food 20-45 minutes after it was soupoused to be ready. Foods fine but its unacceptable that they do not at least try to adhere to their time frame. Like they didnt even start cooking my order until we got there. Like if it was a one time thing id get it, but its literally everytime i go there.
Ordered a giant Original Italian and it was missing half of the meat. Just ham and salami.

At about 6:45 p.m. on Saturday September 13th, there was a young woman cleaning the slicing machine as well as the counters using a bucket of water. She asked for my order and when she was finished cleaning, without changing her gloves, reached in to grab the bread. I asked her to change her gloves and she became combative with me saying that it was sanitary and that it's the same cloth that they always clean with. She also put the bread back into the cabinet with the other bread. I asked her to not only change out her gloves but to throw that bread away. I asked to talk to the manager and she stated that she was the manager. I don't believe I was wrong and asking her to put on clean gloves. The atmosphere became very poor after our conversation.

Staff today, (July 19th) 11:00, had very bad attitudes, 0 eye contact, no communication when picking up my online order. My chicken bacon ranch was filled with more lettuce than chicken, and each piece of bacon was ALL fat. Can normally finish every sandwich i get from here but today, i almost gagged while chewing. Do better.

Go to any other Jersey Mike's unless you feel like waiting no matter the time of the day.
Sandwiches were good. They had run out of bread except for wheat. It's not a problem with me. I like the Rosemary Parmesan most of the time. They were out of pepperoni, to which I was offered extra meat of any other assortment of theirs, I chose xtra salami. They were short staffed, it seemed, and had about 5 orders either in line or being prepared. Also it was about 15 minutes till 9pm closing, the staff did a great job with the accommodation of the outages in their stock and were able to get the job done for the day.

I went to place my order, and the staff told me they were out of bread. But I could see bread right behind her.

Ordered a sandwhich online, took 29 minutes from the time I ordered it to get it in my possession. I got there and there was 1 other person with an online order ahead of me and like 3 people in line. She asked my name and said they were “slicing it now”. Saw at least 2-4 walk ins get their food made before mine. I saw at least 3 people who were in line leave because it was taking so long. Like many other reviews mention, NO sense of urgency. The lady working asked those of us with online orders like 3 different times for our names and kept saying they were coming soon. I finally got fed up and asked where they were at with mine because I was about to just ask for a refund. All of a sudden my sandwhiches were on the line for toppings. Not to mention that the lady working loudly told her younger male colleague that he needed to not be so messy, in a restaurant full of customers. Totally unprofessional. I wish the Garfield St store in Parkland could come and show them how to run a business cause this location is a joke! Never been so frustrated with a food place. Not to mention that our sandwiches were not worth the money we paid. For an overpriced sandwhich shop we definitely didn’t get what we paid for. GET IT TOGETHER. Won’t go back.
