Ordered sandwich online, when we got there it wasn’t even ready. Waited long time and staff had no sense of urgency.. very slow service
Took 20 mins to get a sandwich with NO ONE else in the store and the young girl working looked like she had never smiled in her life, terrible attitude
Julian is very friendly! Honestly tries hard with such horrible lazy employees!
Food was great, ordered Mike's Philly, not sure why it took 45 minutes between waiting as 3rd in line to order and then waiting for my food to be prepared, I could have gone into a full service restaurant and been in and out in 45 minutes, there's no real incentive to visit them again. They might want to prioritize service to their walk in customer's over Grubhub sales if they want to stay in business
It was the day of giving and dinner time, they'd ran out of bread! Lucking I could get a wrap which was delicious!
The girl waiting on us was so rude! It was right before closing, so you could tell she was totally annoyed. My bf sandwich was a joke...especially for the price. Hardly any meat, no extra sauce like was requested. When you go into an establishment you expect a positive experience with someone who truly cares about how you like your sandwich made. She should not be working here...she could have cared less!
It is impressive how slow the staff is when the store isn’t busy. The staff that worked tonight (04/04/2025) did not start cooking anything until customers came into the store. 31 minutes later, I finally got my food, my soggy sandwich.
Always out of bread some how .
I have been trying to contact someone about a refund for 8 days now. 2 times online, as they request. Then called a customer service number goes to voice mail, then called store 2 times, no one answers. No acceptable. I want my 30$ back, we wouldn't even eat the sandwhiches that were made. So saturated in oil, that the wrappers and bags were soaked. Then the bread was basically liquefied, couldn't even eat it. Can't even get money back
Painfully slow each & every time 🐌
Never seen that many people working to put out a sandwich so so so slow...
30 seconds per pickle...
It's a sandwich not art
If you're on lunch expect to be late

Service is always pleasant, even when the store is packed. Rarely is my order incorrectly made (occasionally the wrong mustard 😆). Soft cookies 😋
This location needs some help by management, all the woman working seemed unsure how to effectively and efficiently do their jobs! And not one time did i see the employees change their gloves or wash their hands when completing an order, nor did they change gloves or wash hands when beginning a new order. I also observed the employee slicing meat did not clean the machine when switching meats to cut, the employee would place the meat on a peice of paper then to the counter where it was covered in crumbs this can cause cross contamination if crumbs got into someone's food that has allergies. The floor was riddled with debris that was stepped on and smooshed into the floor. Cleanliness is not a priority at this location neither is time management as I wait 20 minutes for a sandwich.
Management please ensure your employees are following standard heath codes because the rating the health department gave you is incorrect. Your location is filthy and will lead to someone getting sick!
Honestly worst customer service. You don’t feel welcome. Also another thing I noticed is that they don’t change their gloves. I asked one of the employees to change her gloves before wrapping my sandwich because I’ve watch her cash out people, clean the counter with a sanitizer towel and touch sandwiches and wraps them with the same gloves. Well she didn’t like that I said something and later walked away.
My husband and I stopped in to get sandwiches for lunch, order was taken, ordered 2 chicken Philly sandwiches, wait was long, seemed like there was no urgency with how many customers were in line or waiting for their orders. The staff mostly friendly, but way to conversational with the customers. Got out sandwiches finally and headed home. Well I had alot of paper in my sandwich from when they were wrapped with the ingredients brought from the freezer and cooked on the grill. I know protein is good for you but not paper.
We will not be going back.
Every time I order a#56 with no jalapeños , halfway through eating it I find one. I’m over this place for good
