Stood in line for over 10 minutes. Only one person making subs. This happens numerous times so I will not be going back to this location. If you’re in a hurry, this is not the place to go.

The last 7 times I have ordered online here they haven't made the sandwich until after I show up at the time the app says it will be ready. They will continue making orders that came in after you have told them you are waiting for your order and make you wait. They ignore you when you come in. They continued to make several other in person and online orders before mine. It seems like kids mindlessly doing stuff with nobody in charge. 2 of the last 6 times my order has been hilariously incorrect. It would save me time to drive across town to the other jersey mikes so I think I'm done coming here.
Update for the owner who replied since I can't respond to you. The next time I ordered online it took over an hour for me to receive the two orders I had on 2/13. Over one hour to receive two sandwiches is crazy. Once again, I arrived at the recommended time time and I get that it may not be ready then, but once again they hadn't started and it was 15 to 20 minutes after it was ordered. I was ignored. I was next to an angry door dasher and he said he'd been there a bit and hadn't been talked to. He had to cancel the order and made it clear he was upset and the employees were snotty back to him. I had to get in line to be talked to and they told me they'd start making the sandwiches soon and then wanted to serve people after me in line and not make my sandwiches. I had to explain nicely to these kids that I ordered at that point like 40 minutes before that so I should be next, not the people who walk in after that. Anyways they ran out of lettuce and that stopped all production for some time even though my sandwiches already had it and I eventually got my orders about one hour after they were ordered. Just want to let you know because id want to know.
3/12 we decided to order here again. To make sure we could pick up on time we put in orders at 5:25 pm to be picked up at 7:15. Sandwitches werent given to us until 7:35. We got a call at 7:20, we were running late but they still hadnt started, saying they didnt have thawed gluten free bread and offered a wrap instead. Wraps arent gluten free. They offered a salad bowl instead but we still wanted the frozen bread since we were charged. How do they not pull bread whem they had two hours to do it. They still hadnt started until we walked in. The person training a new employee was talking about how bad their training is and was saying if its busy they dont have to make the food as nice. We got the bread and it was not frozen. I assume they just didnt want to clean first. If this wasnt a jersey mikes brand franchise they would be out of business. If the owner would reply with an email i wouldnt have to keep updating here.

The subs are tasty. The place is clean. The service is super slow. 20+ minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Quality meats & cheeses.

10/10! I absolutely love Jersey Mike's. Is the #1 sandwich shop alittle pricey but worth it for the quality! Everyone no matter which location has a good attitude.

Online ordered from this location multiple times and on more than one occasion we are waiting 20-30 minutes past the pickup time. I wish that was an exaggeration. They process too many online orders, in bulk, so the small order customers get the raw end of the deal. Don't recommend online orders here.

I usually go to the southhill location and wow what a difference. I asked for extra juice and my sandwhich was so dry and OVERLOADED with lettuce. I was bummed as I used my rewards for this. Please pay attention to people's order notes and don't be so sloppy.

Understaffed. If you want to grab lunch during a break from work, I would suggest going elsewhere. However they seem to be doing their best with what they have. Just not enough staff to cover the lunch rush.

These people literally stole my money 💰💰💰💰 I placed an order for almost $90 and didn't get my order but was still charged. Very poor customer service 😔
