I gave this place one last chance one year later. Do y'all purposefully make the free subs you earned smaller? Both subs were so small except the one I actually payed for. I compared the size. Every-time I come here there is always a problem with my food or service. This is why I go to the one on meridian instead. It wasn't even busy. One star because I didn't have to wait to get my food this time but man its so irritating when the they skimp out on everything here for some reason.

I stopped to order 2 sandwiches between 7:30 pm and 8 pm. No one was in the restaurant, so I'm not sure how this happened. I ordered 2 of the #17 giant, provolone cheese and mayo on both. One of them I asked for grilled onions and raw pickles. We got home to eat and both sandwiches had no mayo at all. Tomatoes on both? We never asked for tomatoes!! The onions were sweet, changed the entire taste of the sandwich. And the bread was old and hard to bite and chew. The funny part is the individual brown bag the sandwiches come in says "G17 - No Veg" the other says "G17 - + pickle" I still don't understand where the tomatoes come in? Then I go to pay, $40+ and while I use the card machine, I placed my phone on the counter. The girl at the register put our chips in a bad (sandwiches not ready yet) and takes the bag pushes it so much on the counter that she pushes my phone off the counter to the floor. They are lucky it didn't crack on the floor. I will not come back to this location again. Check your orders before you leave!!

Called at 5pm November 3rd to place an order because online ordering wasn’t working. Someone kept picking up the phone hanging it up. Happened 3x in a row. So I drove down there and called on speaker walking in the door to see who it was doing this.I watched a tall kid who I later learned name was Ben pick it up and hang it up and walk off pouting clearly frustrated with dealing with the phone. There were only two customers in the restaurant so they weren’t swamped. After ordering my sandwiches I went to the register to pay and overheard a young lady saying that this guy named Ben was apparently having some sort of hissy fit meltdown. If the job is too frustrating for him to answer the telephone with two customers in the building then someone should look into letting that guy go and getting someone more capable of dealing with the telephone under pressure. That was very unprofessional. Looking for another jersey Mike’s to order from now

This has become a favorite of mine. Amazing sandwiches
My husband and mine go to lunch spot. Today we have been moving all morning and stopped to get sandwiches. Incredible guest service super clean environment and great music. Thank you to this team for incredible service. We got the chicken bacon ranch and the Philly. Both so goof and so fresh.

Do they even sell sandwiches? I've been in there a few times. The workers don't even acknowledge you. I just stand there feeling stupid until I decide to leave. Maybe try saying something like "hi, we'll be right with you". No they Don't even make eye contact and flat out ignore you in an empty sandwich so that may or may not sell sandwiches.... Im not sure because they never even bother to acknowledge me ...
