Online ordered from this location multiple times and on more than one occasion we are waiting 20-30 minutes past the pickup time. I wish that was an exaggeration. They process too many online orders, in bulk, so the small order customers get the raw end of the deal. Don't recommend online orders here.

I usually go to the southhill location and wow what a difference. I asked for extra juice and my sandwhich was so dry and OVERLOADED with lettuce. I was bummed as I used my rewards for this. Please pay attention to people's order notes and don't be so sloppy.

Understaffed. If you want to grab lunch during a break from work, I would suggest going elsewhere. However they seem to be doing their best with what they have. Just not enough staff to cover the lunch rush.

These people literally stole my money 💰💰💰💰 I placed an order for almost $90 and didn't get my order but was still charged. Very poor customer service 😔

Paid $27 for them to take 25 minutes to make a sandwich and still get my order wrong. Good thing I only have a taste preference and not a food allergy.

I couldn't love this staff more than I do.

They're always on point. Polite. Efficient. Never messed up an order. Patient. Will do it your way and even fix what someone else screws up.

This is the BEST Jersey Mike's between Tacoma and Bellevue and I will die on that hill.

Food is good, but manager need to hire right people and work on customer service. Once walked in, I immediately served by upset employe. No smile, not talking politely ... I'm not coming back here

It's hit or miss if your sandwich is made correctly. A lot of the times your hot sandwich ends up being cold. Which makes zero sense. But as you can see from the photo, their work is very sloppy.

Just moved here from Kent Washington I buy from Jersey Mike every week the quality of the cure of the sandwiches from the Orting store was unsatisfactory very disappointed

Visited today to pick up an online order that I made in advance. I waited in my car to go in at the time it was supposed to be ready by. When I entered, the order was or course not ready. It was lunch time so I thought no biggie, I’ll wait. I stood and besides for another 10 mins and noticed that they were handing out hot sandwiches from the other side so I walked to that side to see it that’s where the rest of my order would come out. I was asked again by a tall gal who was working the meat slicer if she could help. I said I was just waiting ok the rest of my order and very rudely in front of other customers she snapped at me and said “SHES WORKING ON IT”. I said there was no need to be rude, If it would be longer I’d go back to th car because I had left my family in the car. She continued to berate and say she wast rude. I said yes you were, the order is late and there is no reason to yell at me like that.

Idk who runs this store - I was told manager is Tyler; but the front staff could very much use some extra training in customer service and how to speak to people like humans.

I’ll never go back here again specifically because I don’t think it’s polite to have the stash snap at me for asking for an update on my order. Terrible
