They're always on point. Polite. Efficient. Never messed up an order. Patient. Will do it your way and even fix what someone else screws up.
This is the BEST Jersey Mike's between Tacoma and Bellevue and I will die on that hill.

It's hit or miss if your sandwich is made correctly. A lot of the times your hot sandwich ends up being cold. Which makes zero sense. But as you can see from the photo, their work is very sloppy.

Just moved here from Kent Washington I buy from Jersey Mike every week the quality of the cure of the sandwiches from the Orting store was unsatisfactory very disappointed

Visited today to pick up an online order that I made in advance. I waited in my car to go in at the time it was supposed to be ready by. When I entered, the order was or course not ready. It was lunch time so I thought no biggie, Iāll wait. I stood and besides for another 10 mins and noticed that they were handing out hot sandwiches from the other side so I walked to that side to see it thatās where the rest of my order would come out. I was asked again by a tall gal who was working the meat slicer if she could help. I said I was just waiting ok the rest of my order and very rudely in front of other customers she snapped at me and said āSHES WORKING ON ITā. I said there was no need to be rude, If it would be longer Iād go back to th car because I had left my family in the car. She continued to berate and say she wast rude. I said yes you were, the order is late and there is no reason to yell at me like that.
Idk who runs this store - I was told manager is Tyler; but the front staff could very much use some extra training in customer service and how to speak to people like humans.
Iāll never go back here again specifically because I donāt think itās polite to have the stash snap at me for asking for an update on my order. Terrible
Placed our order exactly an hour ago. Have been waiting for 20 minutes for our food that they havenāt started making. They never have enough people working here. I wouldnāt be so irritated if I wasnāt pregnant and hungry.

I am so disappointed by the staff at this location!!!!! We have been there several times since its opened, as itās convenient for us- but the last few times we have been it hasnāt been goodā¦.. There is one particular female that is working there (no name tags so unable to say who she was) but she gives NO welcome NO eye contact when taking your order and ALWAYS gets something wrong with the order - throws a fit (appears to be a fit) and throws the cheese she just cut and put on my sandwich (after I had said no cheese) and I point it out - takes it and throws into the coolerā¦. God forbid you order a GF sandwich, I LOVE Jersey Mikes GF subs, we know itās a safe place for me to eat- we visit Jersey Mikes ALOT! The attitude you get when you order one.. There was a young male, appears to be in training- he was the nicest one there, he gave eye contact when he asked you questions and smiled! Not sure there was any other employee there last night that even cracked a smile or a HELLO WELCOME IN.. For customer service I give this place 0 stars!!
