Sandwich was dry not a lot of sauces on it, my bread was burnt, and the customer service is pretty much nonexistent! Super sad because I usually love jimmy John’s but I’ll definitely be going back to subway after this visit!

Came in for a pick up order and the place was so visibly dirty. Tables were all gross and none clean enough to eat on. Waited to use the women's restroom and couldn't while we were there waiting for 20 min because a male employee had been in there since before we arrived. Doesn't seem like a well kept location sadly.

Service is amazing staff very friendly. I was not impressed by the bread or the sandwiches blt and a #2 Big John. I manage a Jimmy John's and maybe we just have higher standards on our prep and sandwiche making.

I’ve had the worst week of my life and decided I would treat myself to Jimmy Johns after not having it for years just to get this sad sandwich with barely any lettuce at all or cut. The sprite I got tasted so nasty i only took one sip I can tell it needs to be changed out or the machine seriously cleaned. This really sucked but idk why I thought I could have something nice. I work two jobs to pay all my bills and this was my one time trying to treat myself to something nice. 3/26 11:30am

Last time at this place. As if ordering a quarter pickle and having it placed in the sandwich is a massive ordeal. Who doesn’t cut a giant sandwich? The place just seems like I showed up unannounced and it bothered them.

Hadn't been to Jimmy John's in quite a while so I decided to get back out there and try it and I was very surprised with the service and the food had a group of ladies working there that were very down-to-earth and very kind with great customer service I highly recommend this location. Oh and did I mention they are freaky fast LOL no but for real freaky fast.

Bullcrap. Forgot 3 things I ordered and payed for. In a rush to get home after work and figured there’s do their job. I’d check your order and don’t tip. You’ll walk in and see a bunch of teenagers sitting around taking turns vaping outside. Won’t go here again. Jersey mikes it is for us

Yall are really dropping the ball and having worse service than before. My work is a mile down the road and I make a delivery order for asap, but the last two orders have taken over an hour to be delivered and now they are dispatching thru Uber eats instead of themselves like they used to. Highly dissatisfied and hangry.
