Wish I could give less stars. The food was horrible how they are in business I have no idea. Not even 2 full pieces of meat on the sandwiches. The staff was too busy playing around to care. We will never go back

Not freaky fast anymore, but still great. Make sure to say "leave the bread in" or they hollow out most of the good stuff. Big John is my favorite, and they never have an issue with adding pickles.

Yikes! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had! Younger brown/black curly haired girl with hat and nose ring was the worst! She was so rude to me since I asked for a meal box and it was a mini john so I said that's OK it can be regular then and then she just left it small and didn't fix it. Didn't give me drinks or sodas or receipt to know when to get my order. No thanks or nothing. So then I just walk over and waited then another man said to another girl ...hi I don't know if this is mine the lady over there is so rude. He said it to her and she said I know I'm sorry! Then the rude lady went in back then came back and counted her cash machine so I hope she was fired! The eye roles and huffing, I have never seen anything like that. I should have just stopped order and walked out but I figured oh well maybe just a bad day but then hearing she was the same with the other guy made me do this review. I won't be back.

I’m really saddened this jimmy John’s doesn’t give good service like the others. Previously when ordering from them I would always get my delivered food within 10-15 mins, or 30 mins MAX on busy days. I have tried to order within them 3 times to see if it was just a bad day from them, but every time they take an hour - an hour & a half to deliver my food… and I live just down the street. How terrible. I am normally not the type to make bad reviews but this one took the cake when I called and asked about my order, it took an hour and a half and they forgot my chips as well. The associate who I spoke with was I believe the manager and seemed to not care and was in a hurry to get me off the phone. Talk about great service! ??
& to make it even better I just bit into my sandwich after this post, so I had to come back to add they gave me the wrong sandwich ?? if I could give a 0 to this place I would

Ordered online. Got to my order about 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done. Wasn't even started yet. Took like 3 people to figure out how to construct the 2 items I ordered. Still waited 10+ minutes in the drive through. Wasn't even any other cars in line. I know now to order it and wait until 30 minutes after it's supposed to be picked up.

We went through the drive-thru, after looking over the menu we ask them if the tuna had onions or anything in it? she responded the number 3 or 11. We responded the number 3. She continued on saying what else? We asked her again if the tuna had anything in it? She said no just cucumber. So we ordered it and also ordered a giant 23 I believe. Not sure but our total was 48.28 pretty pricey… we pull up to the window and we see them making our sandwiches they are slow. We waited a few mins prob 5-10 mins. We got our sandwiches pulled over to eat in the parking lot. I go to open my sandwich (#3 tuna) I see there’s a lot of cilantro ! EW! YUCK! I took one bit and didn’t like it at all! My bf says go ask them for another sandwich, I refused because the service we received. I asked the lady if there was ANYTHING in the tuna she said no! Disgusting sandwich DO NOT GET THEIR TUNA!So lucky me there’s chipotle I only spent 12-13 dollars on my bowl with chips. They were so kind and fast paced. It really hit the spot, this was my first time trying chipotle I been seeing everyone rave about it but never gave them a chance because of their meat issues in the past. Worst jimmy John’s I would recommend the Tacoma location or University Place.I do not like onions, cilantro I prefer my tuna just tuna and mayo.
