Go to popeyes instead. So much better in my opinion and the customer service is a lot better than here. The chicken was cold, dry and not crispy but salty. Never again! P.S: They also messed up my order and refused to change it, even after asking nicely.

KFC no longer at this location. Google maps showed a KFC here, it is a Mexican restaurant now. Ended up buying chicken at Safeway.

One would think that at 6:00 pm on a Saturday there would be food available to go out the window - 6 cars pulled over waiting 10 minutes or more for food! Not what one would expect from a national franchise - I can overlook the adolescent attitude. - where is management? Corporate are you reading this?

It wait forever to get my order an I have to get out my car and walk to the window to let them in knows I'm being waiting almost 30min for my order an the second time I walk up to the window an I stay there about like 10min to get my order no good
They wouldn't accept cash unless it was the exact change there's no sign on their order sign and the lady taking the my orders was extremely rude.

Chicken burned so badly we couldn’t eat it. Horrible odor like the oil they used must’ve been rancid. Sodas had no syrup so we asked for different flavors and the new ones also had not enough syrup. Terrible service, disgusting food. No receipt given.
