If you want me to give you a star..I'll give only 0 % in everything no satisfaction, Ok let me start, I went on the drive thru, I ordered 2/ 20 pieces family meal..and the cashier asked me,of because they were too lazy to make big orders..she was asked me..if i can take 2 /16 pieces of crispy chicken family meals instead of 20s they were short of dark pieces and I said ok, They want me to pull front our car and they'll bring my order, came home i check everything, i was very unhappy, they gave me the 16 pieces Original dark family meal insteadof the crispy i ordered, and 15 pieces instead 16 pieces crispy dark family meal i ordered.. They think I don't count it..and this I I didn't paid for..I called them and they didn't say sorry, but they said is misunderstanding..i was about to take bake there food but my kids were really hungry..that's the reason I didn't go back. BUT From now on I mark a BIG ❌️ to this store when on my way home. Because to me..I want to satisfied to what I sweat for/ or paid for. But it wasn't gave me a happy time to what I paid.

If you have to wait for any one item to be made then you should automatically assume that they WILL NOT make you all fresh food. They will let everything else get cold while they wait for the one fresh item.

General manger needs to step in on the canyon rd...the resturant is dirty, horrible customer service, had to wait 20 mins for 3 items, by the time we got our 3 items they were cold and no cheese in the curds due to over cooked.

Would not recommend anyone to stop here waiting almost half a hour for my order !!!! This place should be shut down
The food is good but make sure you double check your order. I was inconvenienced and had to go back for a famous bowl and they didn't apologize or give me the drink I didn't receive. I decided it wasn't worth it, just won't ever return there. Horrible customer service! And they are stingy with their servings!
