I just left this location, and the experience was beyond disappointing. They served me old fries that had clearly been sitting out for hours, even though I specifically asked for fresh ones. On top of that, the chicken in my bowl was stale. I should’ve checked the food before leaving, but for $17, I expected better quality. This is unacceptable. Honestly , this meal wasn’t even worth being free.

Got the worst kfc chicken in 55 years. More like last weeks chicken jerky!
I paid for a huge order and they forgot half of it, turned around and went back only for the incompetent kids to say I have the whole order and that i need "look again because people exaggerate." Had I not parked and walked in to speak to the manager they would've never admitted to it. Turns out they gave half my order to the car in front of me. Incompetent and pathetic. This is how one of orders came out when they had to remake my order. And I asked for chicken as I can't have beef and I got beef instead. I can't wait to replace the staff here.

The service here is very poor.. they begged my food up very poorly. So as I was pulling all my food out everything fell apart and my tacos cheese and everything's all over in the bag. Then I call to talk to their manager so this does not happen to someone else and the manager gives me attitude. Is not very professional manner. I would not recommend.
This KFC was one of the cleanest fast food places I've ever eaten at. Quick, hot food delivery also.

My 16 year old son wanted to surprise me with KFC since I haven't had it in several years. He spent 50 bucks for a bucket of chicken.
The chicken was super dry. There was also hardly any meat on the chicken. It was all breading. 1 bite on a drumstick, 3 on a breast.
50 bucks and the 4 of us still had to find other food to eat for the night. No butter or honey packets for the biscuits. Totally disgusting. Will never ever eat KFC again. I thought Popeyes was bad but this KFC is disgusting.

Ordered in the drive thru. Why are your prices so much higher than Popeyes? Chicken is chicken. I ordered an 8 piece strip family meal. The strips were extremely small in fact one was like a nugget. I will not be back. I'll go to Popeyes. Y'all really need to re-evaluate your prices, chicken is chicken not that expensive you don't need a 500% profit!

Ad for half off chicken sandwiches? "What's the worst that could happen?" Haven't been to KFC in about 15 or 20 years since most know that after the 80s....it's not the same. So the chicken sandwich was $2. First bite was overwhelmingly SALTY, dry and obviously cooked in old, burnt, fryer grease that had been pushed to the limit. Didn't finish the rest.
