Went here to get dinner for my family (8-19-25). Food was cold and old, very disappointing. When I tried calling to let them know, phone was busy for several hours! Attempted to call again today (8-20), phone is still busy. This is very unprofessional.
Ordered 8 pc chicken tenders and 3 chicken sandwiches, tenders were inedible and sandwiches were hard. I was there at approximately 6pm, dining room was dirty. Plenty of napkins, however condiments (in dining room) were sparse.

Food was decent enough buy why on God's Green Earth do you have your lobby closed at 7 PM on a Friday? Cars were backed up and overflowing into the drive aisle for the neighboring store. I had an online order so I had already paid so I was stuck waiting for nearly 20 minutes to get through. Seriously? Seeing as this space is shared with Taco Bell, you choose to close the lobby at perhaps one of the busiest times of the week? Pure stupidity from both a financial and logistical perspective.

I went to the drive through. I bought an 8 piece bucket. $28. And change. Ridiculous price. I haven't bought KFC in several years. What a disappointment. The chicken was awful. It left an awful greasy film in my mouth. It was disgusting! I don't eat a lot of fast food, but when I have I have NEVER had a greasy film in my mouth. I will never buy KFC again. This was at the store at 168th and Meridian. Just awful!

Today we ordered fried chicken and French fries chicken was very cold no fresh it was very hard to bite too much salty nd fries were also cold nd too much salt it was my 1st time experience and taste is very bad it was just wastage of money I wasted 17 dollars on it

These guys mess up the orders a few times. Always get a receipt and check your order before you leave. If you get home without checking your order or receipt they will make it up to you but it's a hassle to have to go back. They're always friendly!

If I could give a negative stars I would. Food was trash I had no ice in my cup my drink was warm ice all melted. No sauce that was ordered but my bag was double checked so they say. I've been trying to call the store but phone is off the hook

Only 4 small pieces of chicken in our bowl. Mash and topping where half full. This has happened multiple times. This is crazy! Money doesn’t grow on trees so getting to order out is a privilege and this is what we get in return for our money 😡 management needs to step it up or complaining to corporate is the next step!!

Did a online order. Asked for forks and plates. The young lady in your drive thru rolled her eyes when I asked for forks since they weren't in the bag but it was on my online order.
They got our order wrong for Taco Bell. Ordered nuggets with sauce on them and the nuggets were old. We were not impressed at all

Ordered doordash from this location. Overall pretty disappointed that I spent the money to doordash this meal for my husband and I and only some of it was edible.
Had an upcharge fee on the 2 pc chicken combo in order to have a thigh and drum instead of a wing and breast. Ended up getting the wing and breast, so we paid for nothing. And on top of it, the chicken was dry and greasy with little meat.
Got a Famous Bowl, and requested no sweet corn, but they did not exclude the corn, and there was barely any gravy.
The biscuit and mac and cheese were good as usual.

February 5th at 7:20pm we ordered our meals. We were given the wrong meal. The chicken was soggy and the fries were stale and cold. We asked for utensils and weren’t given any. I Ordered a taco that had next to no meat inside. We spent $30 on food that we didn’t finish nor could enjoy. I feel it’s not hard to work fast food, Especially when the drive through was empty. Safe to say we won’t be coming back.
