Walked in the door and was greeted by two kind people who were cool and happy to see us. One showed me a menu and explained what the Loaded Teas were all about. Once I heard the phrases "Sugar free" and "Loaded with vitamins" my boyfriend and I had to try it. I got the Gummy Bear and he got the Southern Hospitality and both were very tasty.

Let me tell you what, their protein shakes are bomb as hell! And they are very friendly people. Glad I found this place and it’s on the way home from the gym.

I stopped by today for first time. Great alternative and seems like a good place for the occasional healthier option. Had the Somoa shake and a protein coffee. Will definitely make a habit. Support a local business!!!

So excited to have Lifestyle Nutrition in the area (I drive from north Tacoma, it’s worth it)! Met a friend there for drinks because we wanted something healthier than just a coffee shop. It’s been a great find! The owners are so nice and very knowledgeable about their products. The shakes are amazing and it’s hard to believe they aren’t milkshakes they’re that good! The protein coffee is the best way to start your day, delicious and filling without all the extra sugar and calories of traditional coffee shops. I hope to see more locations added for more access. They beat all the sugar filled “smoothie” shops that have dominated the area previously.

Parking: Easy strip mall parking lot, if their area is filled there’s an Albertson’s a few steps away with plenty of parking. Surfaces are flat with disabled access.

Saw a posting online, so I thought I’d try it out for lunch. Incredibly nice staff, the list of options is great, and while I can’t speak for the teas, the banana cream protein shake was so good. The shakes are nice and thick, and don’t have the graininess some protein places will have. The portions are big enough that you’ll be full for a long while, but the drinks are tasty enough that you’ll want another. 10/10 will 100% be back.

I love this place. I have been waiting for one of these to open in the area and one finally did. Their shakes and loaded teas are amazing. The owners are super nice. They have a variety of flavors that they change out, and they just started doing loaded teas on the go, so you can take it home and make it yourself later.

I have been hoping someone would open a health shake and tea place this for the 4+ years I have lived here!! They are big in ND and I have missed them!! Lifestyle nutrition did NOT disappoint! The shakes were incredible and the tea was out of this world! To top it off the family that owns this establishment was beyond kind and excited for me to find them and let me geek out to them. 10/10 would recommend! I swear I am going to be here like 3+ days a week going forward!

I was laying in bed looking for something new to try when Lifestyle Nutrition popped up on my Google Maps. This place is awesome—they have vegan options, sugar-free options, and Dude Donuts. It's incredibly hard to find tasty options that aren't filled with sugar these days, especially for someone who loves food but has pre-diabetes.

The owners are very nice, and the customer service is top tier. Get up and go support this new small business. And tell all your friends, family, cats, dogs—everyone—how great this place is.
