So excited to have Lifestyle Nutrition in the area (I drive from north Tacoma, it’s worth it)! Met a friend there for drinks because we wanted something healthier than just a coffee shop. It’s been a great find! The owners are so nice and very knowledgeable about their products. The shakes are amazing and it’s hard to believe they aren’t milkshakes they’re that good! The protein coffee is the best way to start your day, delicious and filling without all the extra sugar...
