I ordered online for pick up. When I got there, they had my order incorrect, and it was not exactly easy to get it situated. I had to holler excuse me to the back about 3 times to get anyone to pay attention to me. An item I purchased was not with my order, and an item I did not purchase was included. They did fix this after a bit of explaining and checking my order info. I felt as if it was sort of an inconvenience to them to help me with this, but they were not rude. The drink I ordered was not in the cooler, which I was initially told upon inquiry they were out, but after some discussion between employees, they managed to bring me one from the back. It was all rectified but not without a bit of effort to get it done. Everyone makes mistakes, and because they were willing to fix it, I would probably go back again.

The last 3 orders I've bought from here for delivery were around 50 dollars and both had items missing from it. The most recent was a missing 2 Liter. Its happened every single time I've gone here and I'm tired of having to deal with it. Can't recommend as service is continually lacking.

Please do not order from these people. I ordered pizza at 5:46pm delivery said 6:31-6:46pm, at 7:10 looked at my app and it said the order was cancelled at 6:30pm. Looked at my bank statement I was charged twice. I called, a gentleman who did not speak very good English said a few words I didn’t understand, he wouldn’t let me speak just said it was cancelled then hung up. So I called again and again he hung up before I even could say a word, this happend a total of 4 times. We decided to then head to the store to speak with someone, but only to see it was the same person who hung up on us. He kept saying we cancelled the order which we didn’t. He did refund me one of the charges and said to come in the next day to speak with a manager for the other refund. He spoke almost no English and looking at everyone else working they probably didn’t either, which is fine. I just don’t know what happened to customer service. Why would you hang up on your customers before even trying to figure out what happened and make it right. Avoid this location in Puyallup.
I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 crazy bread and a 2 liter Pepsi. The pizzas arrived cold and the crazy bread was squished. When I called back about a refund the employees were rude and didn’t want to give their names.

I went on November 11th 2024 at 4:00 p.m. I ordered pepperoni puffs $ a large thin pepperoni, bacon, sausage pizza and this is what I get never again little Caesars get you shit together..if you see on the pizza there's is no pepperoni or bacon. The pepperoni puffs we're burnt as hell and when I called the store I get hung up on

Had a fantastic experience! I visited at opening since I was leaving my night shift, and was greeted first thing. The area was small, so I waited outside and was alerted about my order being ready. I appreciate that a ton! I feel bad I lost my receipt, so I wanted to write this positive review about the opening staff being so friendly and nice. Thank you so much!
