Stopped by this little Caesar location to grab a couple lunch specials to go. Cashier was very nice and friendly, location was clean, and when our pizza was done it looked amazing and tasted amazing. Hadn't been to little Caesar for awhile but it was overall Amazing and worth a stop in to grab lunch or dinner. Pop selection wasn't very good but that's only my opinion. Definitely will stop by again. Shared to my tiktok as well!

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza (where the baked pretzel crust has a butter sauce applied on just the crust and then pretzel salt is sprinkled on the crust) for pickup tonight. Had to wait a few minutes, which was fine, as they were busy cranking pizzas one after the other out of the oven. When I opened the box while still at the counter, the salt had been applied to the pizza itself inside the crust, and sporadically at that. I nicely asked if they could add the salt to the crust itself. He did so, then looked at me and sarcastically asked, āare you happy?ā If he had taken a couple extra SECONDS to do it right to begin with I would have been spared his attitude.

I found hair in my food and they are calling me a lair saying it is my hair when it's in beeded in my food not on top and hair not 6 inches and multiple colors don't order from here won't refund me then the person hung up on me if I had a car wouldn't have ordered threw Uber eats poor quality of service and rude workers

Every time I have come here the food has been fine but the restaurant itself is severely lacking in quality with customer service. My husband just got food from here with me on the phone, he ordered 1 pep, the crazy puffs meal (with the soda) and a side of crazy sauce. The lady taking his order looked at him like he was stupid and rang him in for crazy puffs with sauce and a Pepperoni pizza. When he asked about the soda she was extremely rude and said you wanted the sauce. He specifically asked for the meal with the soda. He waited there for over 30 minutes in which time they had less than a handleful of orders to complete. When they handed him the food they initially forgot about the crazy sauce my husband said oh I also had the crazy sauce. The man who handed him his food gave him an irritated look and threw the sauce onto the pizza box.
This is not the first time we have come to this location and had a terrible experience with the staff. We are severely disappointed and will not be coming back here. It is not much to ask for a respectful food worker when you were nothing but nice and understanding.

I had a fantastic experience at the store last weekend, thanks to Sara, the cashier. She was incredibly attentive and friendly, making the checkout process smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to engage with customers, ensuring everyone felt valued. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service skills really stood out. It's refreshing to see someone so dedicated to their job. I'll definitely be returning, and I hope to see Sara again! Highly recommend this store!

Theā¦. Person posing as a human legit profiled me as I walked in. Interesting how reverse racism works. He couldnāt understand the small size question I was asking so he was VERY rude and made me feel sickened because Iām a woman whoās not of colorā¦ā¦ I couldnāt say anything other than, this is horrible customer service you just pushed a loyal customer out of the store. And Iāve been a little Caesars since the 90s.
Itās sad how something so small is asking if you have a small size pizza he literally looked at me like I was asking him something in a different language and I speak English so it was interesting to watch. He removed himself from where I was to help someone else and I wasnāt done yet.
Thankfully, my kids were in the car so they didnāt see someone from a different country treat a woman like me like that because of the way I lookā¦.
You really need to work on your employees
Iām going through a lot and my kid just wanted pizza. I wonāt be back. We spent over $60 at round table in the same parking lot and I didnāt even flinch because the customer service was so wonderful. Iāll never come back to your establishment again. That was the worst display of racism and bad customer service Iāve ever seen. I donāt know his name because he wasnāt wearing a name tag, but he was at the front counter and he should be fired. Heās hard to miss. You canātā¦. Visibly see his head of hair.
Iāve been in customer serve since the 90s, and Iām an empath. I could feel his, distain as soon as I walked in the door and he looked at my face.
