She took the time to engage with customers, ensuring everyone felt valued. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service skills really stood out. Wanted a veggie pizza. They were out of half their veggies. Was told they'd give us a discount....but they didn't give one. Had they of, only would have improved ratings by 1 star.

When they still had the calzonies, they not only did they have no issues with removing the sausage from them, the actually offered to sub it with something else without up charging it. They're the first and only ones to do that. No other location we've ordered from has offered to sub something in place of the sausage and some locations just flat out told us they can't remove the sausage. ? The staff is so sweet. Wait times are decent too, so no complaints there...
