Seems ok at first, got served water and from there was a bad experience. My glass was given to me room temp, ice was already melted like it was sitting there for a a while. No condensation while the other glass of water was, the nachos were cold, the salsa so watery like it had been sitting on the next table for hours. When we were served our food it was like he threw the plate at us, like he couldn’t set it gently. Food tasted like it was microwaved, just the way the cheese was melted on the burrito like it was melted before I ordered it. Dessert was dissapointing as well. Never again.

Sadly, I came here to share a meal with my family and Roberto and his wonderful restaurant are gone! I don’t know what happened but you will be missed! Thank you for your kindness and we wish you the best.

Small, quiet restaurant with good food. The food is good but more seasoning and flavor would kick it up a notch. Friendly service. Very clean upscale area.

*edit we did not take it to go nor finish food. LolNot good unfortunately. Tried this place versus driving the extra 20 min for a favorite spot and was pretty disappointed. Flavors are really disjointed and kind of strange. My chicken tortilla soup was mostly tortilla chips in a very watery, unappetizing broth. Not really any other veggies, corn, cilantro that you would expect. The broth tasted like water with some spices and wasn’t a developed or rich flavor I’m used to with tortilla soups. Then there was an entire chicken fillet just sitting on top that tasted like a pre-marinated chicken for another dish? The flavors just did not make sense and we’re so underwhelming. Had a couple bites to be polite and had to leave and grab a different dinner. My husband’s steak salad was also strange and similar story. Disjointed flavors, not well put together. The dining area was nice and clean, but awkwardly quiet. Music was very quiet, I could hear conversations from across the dining room. Just a strange atmosphere, which was unfortunate.Lots of potential, but not well executed. Will be driving further to get better food.

They make really good fajitas. It bit too much peppers, but enough meat and a good amount of onions. They cook everything right as well. Not overly cooked, but cooked enough. If you are looking for fajitas in the area this is the second best place to go.

Excellent food and service! Had the beef enchiladas and chimichangas, and of course a strawberry margarita. Good atmosphere, decor and seating as well. Will definitely eat here again.

I’m 51 years old and I’ve always loved fish tacos and I’ve had many in my days, but these were by far the best fish tacos I’ve ever had the chance to shove into my pie hole! They were crispy and crunchy, soft and chewy, & and fresh veggies that added to the crunch.

Amazing authentic Mexican restaurant. Very simple and welcoming. Love the owner and his family atmosphere in the restaurant. Very professional, delicious food, Margaritas to die for. Highly highly recommend

If you have a seafood allergy, this is not the place to eat; staff said they could not guarantee at all against seafood contamination in any of their food.Dietary restrictions: They could not guarantee against seafood contamination in any of their food. Not allergy friendly

Owner/operator is very kind and does all FOH duties, and probably a good part of the BOH. Food is delicious, but let's talk about the guacamole. It. Is. Fantastic! One of the best I have ever eaten. The service is prompt every step of the way. You leave the restaurant stuffed, due to generous portions, and feeling like a valued guest. Definitely worth repeat business.

My boyfriend had Chicken tortilla soup and it tasted like water then he got diarrhea few hours later. Tried to call them and let them know 15 min before closing and they hung up on me without even talking then disconnected their phone for the night :(Yes 2 months ago and no one responded to me, I work in Medical so I tried notifying directly that day.

Great food friendly and staff. The dining room is a tad bit dark and a bit challenging to read the menus, but a great place to visit!

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Extraordinary service and yummy meals. Love this place and will continue to visit. Highly recommend Mazatlan Grill 10/10.

Awesome neighborhood restaurant and bar right next to Safeway. I've eaten inside the bar with my boyfriend and walked in to order takeout and both times received amazing customer service and delicious food. Big portions fill your belly and make you feel that you received your money's worth. My boyfriend and I discussed liking the idea of being able to walk there in the summertime and having some dinner and margaritas and not worrying about drinking and driving since it's so easy to walk there. Whether you're eating in or ordering takeout to grab and take home after doing your grocery shopping, you can't lose here. Definitely recommend.

This place is like a hidden gem! I'd like to gate keep but they deserve the business. The food is soooooo good and the staff is very friendly and on it! There is a small bar and the rest is table seating.
