I come here from time to time with my boyfriend when I don’t want to cook. It’s our go to spot on Friday nights.

Had an extended family gathering for brunch. The wait staff are friendly and extremely efficient. Food was amazing! Going to go back again!

Thought we'd try this place for brunch again before we'd bring a big group in. Third time and disappointed each time. There from about 12:30pm-1:30pm this time. Brunch last til 3pm. Almost everything EMPTY and no one making omelets. Hardly refilled anything the whole time we were there. No fruits, no fresh pie, no beef chunks, no bacon, no sausages, scrambled eggs almost empty, no fresh donuts to name some. Whoever's in charge of the buffet is terrible at it it. Don't recommend this place for brunch and won't be back.

My wife, daughter, and I visited Mazatlan yesterday after attending a religious event, so we were dressed formally. The food was excellent — truly flavorful and well prepared. That’s the reason we will return.
However, the service was concerning.
Our waiter (Romeolo) behaved in a way that felt unnecessarily intrusive and physically careless. He stepped on my shoe twice and left his foot there longer than seemed accidental. There were also several moments of passive-aggressive behavior from staff that made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
An older staff member repeatedly asked if I was okay, while the overall treatment from the team suggested otherwise. I chose not to react because I value composure and respect, especially in front of my family.
I’m not making accusations — I’m simply stating how the experience felt. In today’s world, hospitality should be consistent and professional with all families.
The food is outstanding. I hope management addresses the service concerns so the experience matches the quality of the cuisine.
We will be back and hope to see improvement.

Mazatlan is definitely on the spendy side, but usually it feels worth it because the portions are large and the food is really good. Most of the time I can easily share a meal with at least one other person and feel completely satisfied. You can order a few dishes and split them to feed a small family, or take home plenty of leftovers for another meal, which I appreciate.

This visit started off rough. It took a very long time for anyone to greet us, and unfortunately that also happened the last time we came. We almost left because our previous experience started the same way and ended up being very disappointing overall. I am not sure if they were understaffed or just having an off night, but the delay was noticeable.

With my social anxiety, waiting without acknowledgment makes the experience feel almost unbearable. Even a quick hello or reassurance that someone will be with us shortly would have helped a lot.

That said, once we were finally helped, the food and overall service were decent. I am glad we stayed because I was really craving the Mazatlan Mexican pizza, and it did not disappoint.

We are used to much better experiences here, which is why I cannot rate it higher this time. Still, we will likely come back for our favorites and hope the next visit feels more like the great experiences we have had in the past.

The staff feel like family here. Food is consistently good. Prices are steep, but I think that is typical of all restaurants nowadays. My girls and I come here when we want to have a fun family experience with comfort food.

We hosted our daughter's 30th Birthday with 60 guests and it was fabulous!! The banquet facility is huge! We had our own bar and bartender (2 at times). The food was really good and they made us feel so special!! If you're in need of a large space for a gathering, I highly recommend you give this place a go!!

Such a Vibe to Dine here!!! I love the Ambiance and the flavor here is A1 every time. Their menu is consistently and consistently good!!! If you need to save some $$$ head to Groupon as well and fred the whole family for DEALS HERE or grab a lunch!
