I ordered table service for breakfast. They called my name and handed me a takeout bag. I asked why I didn’t get table service and she said she could put it on a tray, but why do that when they’ve already wasted a bag. I then open my bag and there was no napkins so I looked around the lobby and couldn’t find a napkin or a person to give me one. After waiting a few minutes, I found a person to get me a napkin. I will not return to this location.

Bro I ordered my food and a medium and large fries alr nothing crazy but they forgot my fries but stuff happens so I came back for them and they only gave me one Fri it's messed up

Anytime you show up at this location they are so shortstaffed and the manager in the morning has always got an attitude because she is more focused on serving the drive-through than helping people who are standing at the counter, specifically senior citizens and/or disabled individuals who don’t know how to or refuse to use The self-serve kiosk. I had a refund issue this morning where I utilized the wrong card or so I thought and in a panic to refund the money to the wrong card the manager refunded the money to the card. I thought I used, but in fact I never actually used it. Your guys system never should’ve authorized a refund to a card that was not used on a specific transaction Now I’m going to have to fight with the corporate accounts payable office to get $5.17 put onto my check. I know it’s just $5.17 but still how would you feel if I reached into your wallet and took five dollars in cash that maybe you had set aside to give or needed for some personal issue. Reading the reviews of this location and the reviews of the owner’s previous location inside Walmart I have come to the conclusion that the owner of this franchise should lose her franchise as it seems both of her locations are run extremely piss poor.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Both times I’ve gone, they’ve forgotten items from my order and the service is terrible. 7 minutes to get the drink you forgot to hand me at the drive through 30 seconds earlier? I won’t make the mistake to go there again.
