I don't know if they are just learning the process or they have a high attrition rate. They seemed to be figuring out the process during my purchase. It shouldn't take 35 minutes for a steak egg and cheese beagle and three mcgriddles through the drive thro.
This location has very nice employees! They greet you with a smile, they are courteous and always get the order right. Even if you have to wait at a number because its so busy, your not waiting long and they still provide excellent service to you and greet with you a smile.

Worst McDonalds in puyallup. Cold Fries. No straws and no sauce with my DoorDash. I even selected add straw and no straw came in the bag. Whoever works on the to go orders needs to be talked to because this is the second time it’s happened would not recommend

Their hours of operation vary. They started locking up the lobby earlier today way before the time it should be at 8pm ?. The reason stated by the evening supervisor was that they were low staffed. There were no customers there and the drive-thru wasn’t full at all. The parking lot was empty as well. Even though I was a paying customer, she said that there is no loitering. So therefore, I was not loitering. I still had napkins with my drink and my McDonald’s bag in front of me while I was writing ✍️ . She mentioned that the sign was outside, which I did confirm that it was there when I checked. But it still had nothing to do with the reason why she approached me.Her intention was just to kick me out of the restaurant for no reason at all and tried to generalize it saying that there’s only 30 minutes for customers also to be in the lobby. This isn’t mentioned anywhere nor have I heard of this before from them. I asked her if she was new and she responded that she was there for 1 year. I have never seen her before.There was also a spill on the floor for a couple of hours that was never cleaned up, but for some reason, my presence was bothersome for me to be asked to leave. As I was packing my things to leave, a man was pulling on the doors and knocking to get into the restaurant. When he was let in, he went into the kitchen. About a few minutes later, another person walked in and went into the kitchen. Seems suspicious about the low staff remark with no one standing in line at the lobby and very few people outside.It can be peaceful being in this lobby, but it’s unfortunate having to deal with staff who are lying ?. Also, the pricing on the food recently went up again. It’s hard to get a meal under $10 here now.Another issue that I have had with this location: When I applied to this McD’s in Fall 2022, the online interview room was empty for over an hour. The manager never showed up even though I was sent a text invite to get into the chat ? room. I spoke with the manager the next day and he said that the Manager wasn’t supposed to work that day, but I never received a phone call or notification for a change of schedule.
