friend bought food online for us delivery didn't get full order went to talk to mgr showed 2 receipts they refused no refund and no getting order right this is bad management I will call higher-ups and put in this report everywhere I can!!

If you like cold, twice fried fries that aren't full and patties that are probably 2 hours old, I highly suggest coming to this location. Otherwise, I would go elsewhere.

I wanted to order a quarter pounder and I was told that they were done serving them and they refused to cook one to order. This restaurant Gets an F rating in my book. I don't think I will be going back unless it's for breakfast. Or perhaps I will boycott them all together. I understand the loss of one person will not do much but if we all spoke up about it and told management that we were going to boycott it they might do something about it

This location is a JOKE. I deliver with doordash and had a pickup a couple nights ago with very rude employees. Then last night 12/23 I had another pickup and arrived at 11:10 in the drive-thru and the lines didn't move for a solid 10 minutes by even one car length. Five cars turned around and left. When I reached the speaker I said I had a doordash order and he mumbles something and switched it to the other lanes speaker to take their order. No idea what he said still as I was given no opportunity to answer. I finally made it to the window and they told me my order was inside instead. I told them my directions where to go through the drive-thru and the girl was standing right by the rack inside of the to-go orders but she told me to go around and park anyway.
So I parked and went inside but the order was not there. Just as I went inside my app sent me a message saying the order was ready and it was well past the pickup time.
I asked about it (very politely) and was told it wasn't ready yet. So I waited more and watched a bunch of other people waiting to pick up deliveries not getting their orders as well as two different groups of people dining in the store that had already ordered and paid and still had no food. One table was waiting over an hour and still didn't have their food when I left.
The guy taking the drive-thru orders was eating while he did this and one of the guys making the orders was drinking a milkshake at the same time. I took pictures. NO ONE cared or had any sense of urgency in any way. The floor had garbage and food and gloves all over it.
After being told my order was ready, then not ready, I asked again he said I don't know maybe somebody else took it and he walked away.
My customer canceled their order and I lost an hour's worth of pay.
RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!
