Place is terrible! Serving half full things of fries, bun was hard on my sandwich and I woke up with food poisoning just now. Terrible! Just skip this place as a whole.

EXTREMELY SLOW, you will wait in the drive through for 30 minutes any time of the day. There is a huge communication barrier with most of the employees.

The food always tastes like the people serving absolutely hate their job. The chicken nuggets, burgers and fries ALL taste like they've been sitting for hours. Diabolical.
This is easily the slowest McDonalds drive through in a pretty large radius. We’ve lived in the area for a long time and this McDonald’s will take 20 minutes on a good day to get through the drive through.

Worst service ever, I came in to order a burger and all the employees saw me in the back and just stood there chatting and not acknowledging me for 10 mins. After that I just left bc it shows a lot for their service. The Samoan gal with tattoos , she had a half sleeve on left arm was the main one to ignore me and see me. I will never eat here and judging by the reviews neither will a lot of people 🥴🥴🥴🥴

Whoever is frying the chicken right now on 4/14/25 @ 1:45pm GET THEM AWAY FROM THE FOOD BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE WITH RAW CHICKEN!!! Raw mcchicken deluxe that I already ate 2 bites of! So dangerous!!!!! If I get sick I know exactly who to report to the health department.

Like everyone we went through the drive thru. When it came our turn no one came on and we waited with windows down in the rain waiting for our order to be taken. Six cars later someone comes on the box and we place our order. We got to the window to get our order and the girl opens the window and makes a comment about how someone is now quiet. She hands our drinks first then our food. Since our order consisted of chicken nuggets I asked if the sweet and sour sauce was in the bag ( as many times it has not been there) and the girl replied in the bag. I checked the bag and seen only two and asked for sauce for the second order. She replied our order was for BBQ sauce and that she did not have any sweet and sour sauce. She kept looking up at her screen and kept making comments. I asked for her manager so she had someone call for her manager. Her manager would not come to the window and told me to wait. I decided to leave and said I would call. Got home and tried to call and each call kept being bounced or they would end the call. Sad not even the manager would take the time to see how her customers feel. This McDonalds has always messed up on our orders and I only went because the kids wanted this treat. I also checked our receipt and our order did show sweet and sour sauce for both meals. It also showed an extra charge for an upgrade on a drink, something I did not ask for nor wanted.
