I ordered via the McDonalds app so I can’t rate the service or the atmosphere but I was craving a McDonald’s Coke and was extremely disappointed when I received a Dr Pepper instead. Gross! The “P” was pushed down on the lid so it clearly was labeled correctly. I don’t know how this happens but now I’m not happy…

I have tried to tell management multiple times that they would be able to fulfill orders faster if they would use a scoop to fill the French fry containers instead of using a pair of tweezers to put in each fry individually, but they simply refuse to listen.

Order is always correct however since I normally go at night it can take quite a while for you to get your order. The staff are always quiet at night but that is to be expected. The order screen in the drive through was glitchy and would go black a few times within 30 seconds making it disorienting to read and try to order.

A sign is posted at the drive thru to check your meal number as it may have changed. Perhaps the employees here should do the same. The receipt clearly stated what I ordered, but it’s not what I received. At these prices you would think I could at least get what I ordered.

Gosh....they constantly say they are open but, place an order between 4-5am, they'll say (depending on who works apparently) they are getting ready for breakfast. Why can't they just not allow ordering during that time? If they aren't open, they should say that.
So frustrating. If I know ahead of time, I'll do something else for breakfast but, it's misleading the way you do it.
Update: I tried another visit a week later. It says they are open - nearly 5am and just cones in both drive thru lanes. Multiple cares would pull up (like I did), wait a minute and then leave. These folks are really running this place down.

For one, this location does not offer fries through Door Dash. They claim it’s a Door Dash issue, but it’s not. They just don’t want to, for whatever reason.
And two, that’s IF you can even get a hold of them. I called six times in a row tonight (8-11-25) because all I wanted to know was why they won’t deliver fries (you’d think it was a McDonalds staple or something) and I got hung up on all 6 times. The first two times it went to voice mail, the other times they picked up and clicked it down. The second to last time I called, someone actually answered and as I was in the middle of asking my question, they hung up on me. 8 time’s a charm, right? So I call back, get a hold of someone finally, just to be told it’s a door dash issue…which I previously stated it’s not.
Why are they hanging up on people? It’s not busy. Are they just lazy kids that work there? Are you afraid of the phone or something? And if they’re so overwhelmed…why arent more people working there? Crazy concept, I know.
Whoever the store manager is, needs to report to me ASAP. There’s no reason for this unprofessionallism

Got home and was missing half of my order!!!!!! I tried calling & someone kept picking up the phone & hanging it back up - apparently if you ignore a customer they just go away! I have HAD IT with this crappy location! AVOID AT ALL COST

I’ve recently been delivering for a company, food from this location. I also deliver from many other McDonald’s so I have something to compare to. I took long time before I decided this was the problem, but I am a white man and every time I go in there I tell them who’s order I’m waiting for and my wait is SOOO long while others are served. I’ve even seen my order completed and sat behind the counter for no reason while others hand it to me while others had their entire orders are prepared and then handed to them after my order was completed. This is a problem and I am documenting every encounter I have at this location. Make sure you’re employees treat everyone equally thank you.
