Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

There is this one worker here when you come in, rain or shine no matter the day, they are incredibly kind and respectful. Always in a great mood and very positive. I think that’s a fantastic thing.

Most of the locations are small so when busy it gets a little crowded so the self serve feels rushed at times. But we made it through the line tried something different this time. For Father’s Day with our boys this was our desert after going to Black Bear Diner just on the other side of the block. They definitely got super busy right before closing. When we walked in they were cleaning up the toppings area and wiping all the tables down, it was a fast turnover of people. The staff did amazing This time we signed up for the rewards this is our go to once in awhile. We love the spoons as well great for extras in the car!!

Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.

I went here for the 7$ Friday that they have, it is advertised that you pay 7$ as long as the lid fit on. I noticed while in line they were weighing all of the cups which I thought was strange if you’re just paying 7$. Well, I go to check out my 2 cups and the total comes to 27$. Which by the way is already an insane amount of money for 2 cups of frozen yogurt. I don’t know if I grabbed the wrong cup (the mid sized one) or what, but I think they should be more specific, there are people lined outside of the door thinking they are going to get 7$ frozen yogurt only to pay and insanely high amount of money. I know other people are having this same issue because so many of the cups were being weighed for pricing.

Now onto the customer service. While standing in line with my friends one of the employees needed to get passed us, she literally just like glared at us and squeezed passed the small space between us without saying a word. Very unwelcoming and rude. Don’t get me wrong I know what it feels like to work a busy day and have to have a smile on your face, I work a minimum wage job too. It’s really not that hard to be nice and say excuse me.

I love menchie's all the toppings is really appetizing.

Good place to buy frozen yogurt. I always get the cookie &creme flavor then sometimes combine it with peanut butter or marshmellow frozen yogurt flavor. I love their toppings, esp the new york cheesecake pieces and with the reese's peanut butter syrup on top ; yummmmmm. Def worth the investment, this place leaves you with minimum to zero disappointments :)

I always have thought that Menchies is an overpriced, overhyped, mediocre frozen yougurth place. Unfortunately, there are not many options around. I took my daughter and her friend and when I paid, I noticed that they were asking for a tip on their iPad, which i didn't understand, HOW THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK FOR A TIP WHEN THIS IS A "SELF SERVICE PLACE",?
I wasn't thinking of giving any tip, but they took a tip anyway. It's a DEFAULT, PRE SELECTED TIP.

The girl that helped us when we went to get my daughter a birthday cake was amazing, probably the nicest and most welcoming person I have ever come by. I don't recall her name, but she presented with southern hospitality and her hair was partially shaved. I want to thank you for being so kind, I wish there were more people like you in this world!
