Mostly came here to say what a JOY that Jere is! So kind and welcoming, the type of person you want and NEED in customer service these days.

Good place to buy frozen yogurt. I always get the cookie &creme flavor then sometimes combine it with peanut butter or marshmellow frozen yogurt flavor. I love their toppings, esp the new york cheesecake pieces and with the reese's peanut butter syrup on top ; yummmmmm. Def worth the investment, this place leaves you with minimum to zero disappointments :)

I always have thought that Menchies is an overpriced, overhyped, mediocre frozen yougurth place. Unfortunately, there are not many options around. I took my daughter and her friend and when I paid, I noticed that they were asking for a tip on their iPad, which i didn't understand, HOW THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK FOR A TIP WHEN THIS IS A "SELF SERVICE PLACE",?
I wasn't thinking of giving any tip, but they took a tip anyway. It's a DEFAULT, PRE SELECTED TIP.
If you don't want to leave any tip, be ready to change it, or skip it,

The girl that helped us when we went to get my daughter a birthday cake was amazing, probably the nicest and most welcoming person I have ever come by. I don't recall her name, but she presented with southern hospitality and her hair was partially shaved. I want to thank you for being so kind, I wish there were more people like you in this world!

Not returning after a tip was added to my purchase without my agreement.

The clerk offered to refund which was kind, but their system of having to remove a tip first is poor practice on the poor.

Jeramy is the best! Always in a good mood and has the best attitude! Always makes my day when I see them!

It's pretty small, but the selection and quality are fairly good. The biggest issue is that it can get very crowded very easily, and the staff is extremely unfriendly. This place isn't as disability friendly.

Can I not go as low as a 0? Crazy because I’ve never experienced walking into a restaurant and feeling like just our presence alone was such a bother for the employees. The girls were extremely unwelcoming and short and went as far to glare at my two year old when he accidentally threw something away in the wrong can. Even after we profusely apologized. Nothing but glares. Never had as negative of an experience in an establishment as I did this one. Surprised us too because the Bonney lake Menchies employees are always incredible and welcoming. But ok, more power to ya puyallup lol.

Love the yogurt here! It is a little bit expensive but good. The staff who work behind the counters are so nice and helpful however the manager (I am guessing that is what she is since she tells everyone what to do and isn’t working up front) is very rude and does not greet customers but rather gives mean stares. She came out of the back door by the bathroom so fast she almost hit my newborn (I had to jump back) and then she didn’t say anything. On another occasion, she hit my stroller with my newborn with it and again didn’t say sorry and gave very rude stares. If you own this place or a manager you should greet your customers with smiles and hi not the cold shoulder

I wish they would bring back banana yogurt!!!!! Wishing they had more of the items that served the more low carb for those who are carb restricted. Over all we absolutely love to stop there for a treat after a day of errands! 😊👍

Most important: Their Frozen yoghurt is delicious!
The selection of flavors is good, the toppings are great.
This is where I take the little one at least once a month for a treat and she loved to fill up the bowl with the mini brownies.

Love menchies I go to it alot since I was a kid, it's a very delicious and customizable frozen yogurt place. Anytime I go here It feels like home ?
