I've been a regular at BigFoot Java for quite some time now, and it's about time I shared just how amazing this place truly is. Ordered an ice green tea and no tea bag no green color and no tea taste. Asked for honey and she put some powdery stuff in it. It literally tasted like sugar water and NO TEA taste. Didn’t feel like going all the way back to get my money back so I poured it out BUT I will never go back to Bigfoot Java again. What a joke!!!! PS: That slight yellow tint is the sugary powder she put inside.

Not sure what happened tonight but got the worst service. My husband and I and another car pulled up at the same time. But there was a car on each end. Car in front was there for about 25min. In that 25 min, the 2 cars that were at the other window left. We pull up and wait at the window for 5min while 1 worker was helping another car and the other 2 workers were cleaning. For a good while 5 min we sat there. No one said anything. No hi. No be right with you. The worker at the other window got done with that customer which mind you that’s the 3rd customer she helped already since we got there. She finally comes to help and we order a big foot on a beach. We watched her put 2 cans of Red Bull, pinacolada and milk with ice in a cup and stirred. She walks up to us and we ask “is that ours?” She said yes. We said, so did you not hear our order. She said she did. We asked “is that a Bigfoot on the beach?” Her and another worker that was cleaning said yes it is. We said “no, it’s a smoothie and that’s not a smoothie” Please owner of BFJ, retrain your workers and make sure they get rest because they all looked exhausted but it was not busy. Do better and smile. If you are not feeling it, stay home so you don’t waste our time and we don’t waste your time. ✌?

Nice little drive up coffee stand with great baristas there to greet and serve. The coffee is good as well. No bitterness, and no burnt flavors. 24hr. drive through coffee? Yes!

Disappointing and frustrating. I ordered a London Fog and didn't realize until the first sip that it was not a London Fog. I probably should have sipped it immediately but it was scalding, so I waited about 10 minutes, after I had left. Mistake. In order to get a remake, I have to return the drink to the store. Unfortunately, I was already quite far away from the store, so I asked if I could return the drink to a different location and they said no. Because of their error (and it's a small, easy to make error--I'm not upset about that at all, it happens), I have to drive across town. A policy change allowing incorrect drinks to be returned to any location might be worth considering, even if just for customer morale. I paid in cash and they said they didn't have change, tipping themselves with my money. I wouldn't have tipped for an incorrect drink, and certainly not when I had to drive clear out of my way to get it resolved. To add, I have recently stopped going to Starbucks, where I've gone nearly daily for years. I have been looking for a new place, where I'll likely go 5+ times per week. Unfortunately it seems like this Bigfoot won't be it.

I didn't get any food, but the batista was knowledgeable, friendly, and very personable. The location was a little rough, and it wasn't very busy. Plus they still hadn't received the new menus yet-they still had the manual boards.
